First things first. Basemental Gangs is coming along nicely, and I have been making a bunch of progress with it these last couple of weeks. Stay tuned for some more info on that in a couple of days. Second things second... I am still trying to get some updates out for Basemental Drugs on a weekly/bi-weekly basis, and this week is no exception...

How it works

Dark Web for Non-Dealers

This is something that has been requested a bunch of times, and I figured it could be a great opportunity to combine it with the Research Drugs feature I added a few versions back.

If you want to use the dark web, but don't want to deal drugs to get access to it, now you can.

To get access to the Dark Web, you simply need to research all the 7 drugs available to research on your computer. To research a drug, go to a computer, click Web > Research > Research [whichever drug of your choosing].

Once all 7 drugs are researched you will gain access to the dark web, albeit a "light" version of the dark web without access to the highest qualities and largest quantities.

Too Long CoolDown Glitch

There was a glitch where you sometimes got the celebrity cooldown when selling bricks to your high level cocaine clients. Celebrity sales cooldown is supposed to be 7 days, where as your high level clients are 24 hours. This should be working as intended again now. 

If you still experience issues with this, please let me know, either here or on the Discord server.

Installation Instructions

  • Delete all the old Basemental Drugs files from your Mods folder.

  • Download Basemental Drugs 2.9.10.18.101

  • Unzip Basemental Drugs 2.9.10.18.101

  • Place the unzipped files in your Mods folder

  • Remember to delete your localthumbcache.package

  • Stuff not showing up properly? - place the files directly in your Mods folder.
