A Personal Update — Please Read 🤍
Hey everyone,
I know it’s been a little while since I’ve given a more personal update. I meant to post this earlier in the week, but here we are on Friday, and I finally wanted to sit down and share where things are.
We’ve now been in the hospital for a little over a month, and a large portion of that time has been spent in the ICU. I’d be lying if I said it hasn’t been emotionally exhausting. There have been good days, scary days, and days where it felt like the moment we received one piece of good news, something else would happen.
Last week in particular was really difficult.
Doctors discovered additional nodules in my son’s chest, with some areas showing more growth, and unfortunately he wasn’t responding to the first course of treatment the way everyone had hoped. Because of that, his medical team adjusted the plan and moved forward with the next phase of treatment sooner than originally expected.
He also had a bone marrow biopsy, and we’ve been waiting, watching, and hoping that the medications and treatment do what they need to do so that a bone marrow transplant won’t be necessary.
But today, I finally have a really good update:
He is out of the ICU and back in his regular room. 🤍
Things are looking up.
He’s stable, he’s doing really well today, and after everything we’ve been through over the last few weeks, I’m incredibly grateful to be able to say that.
This entire experience has been surreal, but we’re taking it one day at a time.
We’re hopeful. We’re loving on our boy. We’re celebrating every bit of progress, no matter how small. And right now, getting out of ICU feels like a pretty big one.
I also want you all to know that creating again has actually been helping me. Recording audios, writing stories, and stepping back into this little world we’ve built together gives me a piece of normalcy during a time when very little has felt normal.
So when you hear me in an audio, know that being able to create it means more to me right now than you probably realize.
Thank you for continuing to be patient with me, for giving me grace when my schedule changes, and for all of the kindness and support you’ve shown me and my family.
Today, my son is doing well.
Things are looking up, and I’m holding onto that. 🤍

You've got me out here full on choked up. I'm so happy. SO HAPPY. Every little step forward is a huge victory. Just know you've got so many people here rooting for you, sending virtual hugs, and wishing for nothing but the absolute best for you and your loved ones. Love you girl, B💋💋
Together we will return to better days. Don't lose hope. May everything be as you wish.
Hey Michelle, just saw this post just now. Wishing the best for you and your son. I personally know how draining it is to have a family member in and out of the ICU. So I'm very glad to see the news he's out of ICU. We're all with you as always. And like the one user said: Don't stop living. And keep finding joy where you can and with your family ❤️
I hope that everything turns out well, take care ofnyou and your family🤟🏼💙
❤️❤️
May your son recover smoothly, and ready to face a new day.
So much love for you and your family.
😭😭 Means a lot. Thank you for the words of encouragement and the support 😊
I'm glad to hear things are looking up, and I'm glad that we can give you a sense of normalcy through these though times. I wish luck to you, your son, and your whole family 💕
thank you love
Man that’s such a relief, so glad your son is doing better ❤️
I've been away from the room for a bit and had no idea. I'm happy to hear things are looking up and hope they continue to get better. I'm also glad you find solace in your art, otherwise I'm not sure if I'd be able continue immersing myself in it while knowing you were facing such a tumultuous situation. Please continue taking care of yourself and family, take care of the person behind the voice and the life behind the fantasy. 💜
Michelle, my old friend, I just want to send you a boundless amount of love. You are one of a kind. I'm sending all the positivity and love I can your way, and will do that forever.
Thank you for kind words always friend . you’ve been missed but glad to see you around 😊
First off, I make it a rule not to comment when it comes to NSFW creators. Mostly out of fear of saying something creepy or parasocial. Making a person who is just doing a job uncomfortable is something I never want to do. But this... I need to speak. I've been in a similar position. My father. I'll save the details and just say there wasn't a happy ending. I lack the wisdom for any advice except this. Don't stop living. As hard as it is, try to fill the home with as much joy and love as you can. Don't let things be unsaid. Keep creating things! And, forge good memories. Not because of fear or as something to hold onto. But simply love. I'm sorry, if this is a trespass or if by choosing to speak instead of silence I have caused pain. My hope... is only to help nudge folk away from the same cliff I fell down. Please. Don't stop living.
thank you … i’m going to DM you over the weekend

God, I can't even imagine how terrifying that was. But I'm glad your son is OK, take all the time you need with your family.
