Happy Halloween and 3rd Anniversary!

Hey hey everyone and HAPPY HALLOWEEN! Hope y’all have a good spooky time for those who celebrate and enjoy the festivities, whatever they might be!

Along with it being Halloween, it’s also Dungeon Days' third year anniversary, woooooo! It’s been quite a few years now, huh? Time passes by and all that jazz, you know what’s up. However, with the festivities also comes some news…

Please do not become a Patron for me for the moment. I’m probably months late for this but if I haven’t been able to put out an update this long, then don’t give me money as I haven’t been able to deliver for you. If you have a Patreon or Subscribestar, unsubscribe. If you're dead set on supporting me after this for some reason, so be it, but I will not be promoting my Patreon or Subscribestar until I update.

Is this the end of Dungeon Days? Oh definitely NOT. Just that if I can’t get out an update for you, then I don’t deserve the cash. If you want to resume giving me money once I get out an update, then sure, go ahead. But I am just saying that if you are a patron, you should consider unsubbing for now at the very least until I throw out a new update.

What is taking so long, Buba? Well, if you’ve read any previous devlogs, you know it’s a mixture of things… finances, new house, weddings to attend, family drama, mental health, sleep schedule issues, etc etc. things got busy and it keeps being busier than I expected. Along with that, having writer’s block and artist’s block combined ain’t helping either… but I persevere. It’s rather annoying and I sometimes go an entire week without touching a computer now and it’s annoying as hell. As always, hoping to fix it or get out of it.

So what’s the plan now? The plan is the same in terms of length and content and stuff. I’ll probably be leaning more heavily into sprites as discussed before. I’m probably gonna restructure the Patreon tiers at some point as well and still plan on the Goblin tier. Basically, I just gotta get my shit together and then I'll be up and running again.

Anyways, I do hope you still support me in other ways, by reading what I do have so far, talking on the Discord, and talking with others about Dungeon Days! I will still be trying and doing my best to make the next update as good as possible!
