Magic Series: Primordial Magicks
Magic Tier: III
Combined Form: Enlightenment Magic
<Description>
The Primordial Magicks are a group of eight powerful Magicks. The Primordial Magicks are unfathomably old and eternal, being the very first offshoots of the Prime Magic itself, preceding even the Ancient Magicks in this regard. Rivaling their antiquity is their terrible might, with wielders of these Magicks being able to bend all realms to their whimsy, and even transform themselves into beings of pure elemental energy.
Like their title would suggest, these Magicks are mainly wielded by the Primordial Race and their kin, and were even of their creation. When Mana was first discovered, a group of nine Primordials fabricated them out of the raw energies, creating a system of Magic that all others would follow, and yet never seem to fully reach.
Similar to the Fundamentals and the Void Magicks, the Primordial Magicks each have one diametric opposite to one another. It is another proof of the cosmic balance that has existed since the beginning of time. However, unlike them, both diametric opposites can be used at the same time without any external conditions, which is something these other diametric Magic Systems lack.
Through magical analysis and engineering, all eight Primordial Magicks are discovered to be a combination of three Magicks. Two of the three varies, but all eight include the art of Sorcery as a component. With this in mind, the Primordial Magicks can be argued to be a form of Juinjutsu.
<List of Primordial Magicks>
Rancor Magic: This Magic grants the wielder the ability to control the emotions of hatred and resentment, such as turning drawing in hatred from surrounding animals for raw power, or creating constructs of pure malice. The combined form of Destruction Magic, Reaction Magic and Sorcery. The diametrical opposite of Renewal Magic.
Ferocity Magic: This Magic grants the wielder the ability to control the concept of violence, letting one fight with unparalleled fighting vigour, and likewise spawn weapons and creatures of unrestrained violence. The combined form of Aggressive Magic, Bestial Magic and Sorcery. The diametrical opposite of Grace Magic.
Obscurity Magic: This Magic grants the wielder the ability to control the concept of obscurity, letting them conceal anything on a physical and metaphysical level, and in more lethal cases, erase their targets from existence. The combined form of Shadow Magic, Stealth Magic and Sorcery. The diametrical opposite of Poise Magic.
Desire Magic: This Magic grants the wielder the ability to control desire and imagination, like trapping people within illusions, or making one's wishes reality. The combined form of Illusion Magic, Psychic Magic and Sorcery. The diametrical opposite of Virtue Magic.
Renewal Magic: This Magic grants the wielder the ability to renew anything and everything, letting them not only repair, but upgrade objects, beings, and even abstract concepts like techniques. The combined form of Creation Magic, Nature Magic and Sorcery. The diametrical opposite of Rancor Magic.
Grace Magic: This Magic grants the wielder the ability to control the concept of favour, elegance and compassion, letting them bond with others fluidly, and sometimes also inherit their abilities. The combined form of Spirit Magic, Familiar Magic and Sorcery. The diametrical opposite of Ferocity Magic.
Poise Magic: This Magic grants the wielder the ability to control the concept of stability and defense, letting them either create, or imbue objects or force fields with unparalleled defensive power. The combined form of Vanguard Magic, Defensive Magic and Sorcery. The diametrical opposite of Obscurity Magic.
Virtue Magic: This Magic grants the wielder the ability to control, and conjure all positive forces, allowing them to generate a variety of effects such as healing, dispelling and smiting. The combined form of Holy Magic, Light Magic and Sorcery. The diametrical opposite of Desire Magic.
<Enlightenment Magic>
Enlightenment Magic is the hidden, ninth Primordial Magic, one only unleashed when one has unlocked and mastered all of the other eight Primordial Magicks. As the name suggests, this Magic grants the wielder the ability to control, and conjure all facets of information, specifically useful information, such as knowledge and wisdom. This allows them to obtain new abilities, predict the seemingly unpredictable, and even transcend traditional rules of space and time.
While undeniably almighty, it is still a Magic that exists merely as an imperfect facsimile of Prime Magic, albeit close as can be to the real deal.
