Artifacts: Blood Regalia
The Blood Regalia are potent blood-themed Artifacts, armours, crowns, swords and the like, tempered with the blood of countless fallen warriors, along with the sorcery of many Blood Magic wielders. These Blood Regalia are highly coveted by vampire nobles, assassins, rulers, sorcerers and even barbarians. Those that get their hand on even a single Blood Regalia can become elite fighters like no other.
For most of the time, the Blood Regalia can only be found in Victorian districts. There are even rarer champions who are blessed with all of the Blood Regalia.
<Tier I Regalia>
Regalia on the level of Basic Attributes (not counting evolutions).
Blood Armour: Also known as Bound Armour. It is extremely tough and durable, being able to continually soak up attacks and reform as long as sufficient blood is available.
Evolution I (Innate Strength): By partially fusing with their wielders, the Blood Armour slightly enhances the wielder's strength.
Evolution II (Curse of Thorns): The Blood Armour establishes a minor magical link with any opponent that strikes the armour, making them suffer a part of any damage the wielder suffered during combat.
Evolution III (Sigil Enhancement): The Blood Armour is enhanced with a Sigil of the wielder's liking. Divinity and Lava Sigils are the most preferred for this armour set.
Blood Crown: A crown tempered by Blood Magic. Improves the wielder's strength and speed.
Evolution I (Rejuvenation): The crown further enhances the wielder's health as well, and gives them the ability to steal the life-force of others.
Evolution II (Blood Zone): The wielder can now generate a 20-foot radius pool of blood around themselves, paralysing and spearing those that dare tread into this area. Additionally, the wielder is now also immune to poison.
Evolution III (Bloodstained Emperor): The full power of the Blood Crown. The wielder can summon the souls of all those they have slain to do their bidding. Any being these souls slay will also be added to the wielder's collection.
Blood Ring: A ring tempered by Blood Magic. The wielder is able to summon any beast that is marked by their blood to aid them.
Evolution I (Mark Enhancement I): Marked beasts are now also strengthened beyond their regular selves.
Evolution II (Mark Enhancement II): The wielder's own strength is now also enhanced as well when wearing the ring.
Evolution III (Teleportation): An adaptation of the summoning spell the wielder uses to summon their beasts. The wielder can now teleport to any area they have marked by their blood.
Blood Sword: Also known as the Bound Sword, it is a sword enhanced with Blood Magic. It's blade can create wounds that will never heal. Two famous iterations of the Blood Sword are Kirichimonji and Murasame.
Evolution I (Lifesteal): The Blood Sword begins to sink into evil. The sword now absorbs blood from the open wounds it causes, using it to heal the wielder.
Evolution II (One-Hit Kill): The Blood Sword further curses those that it cuts, generating a poison that forcibly stops the hearts of those who have been wounded by the blade.
Evolution III (Little War Horn): The trump card of the Blood Sword. After excessive blood has been stored into the blade, the wielder can infuse themselves with all the stolen life-force, drastically improving their physical capabilities for a short period of time. In exchange, however, it takes a toll on the wielder's stamina, and the wielder is also left with massive muscle sprains afterwards.
Black Blood: A unique, black strain of blood cells. Those blessed with the Black Blood are granted powerful healing capabilities, being able to heal from various grievous injuries. Additionally, the Black Blood also grants a great amount of strength, durability and speed. More proficient users of Black Blood can even manifest them outside their body to generate physical weapons, or enhance other weapons. In particular, it resonates well with the other Blood Regalia, evolving them into the Black Blood Regalia and significantly improving their capabilities. However, it does have a small weakness, being that it is quite weak to ki-based attacks, with sufficiently powerful attacks being able to render the blood inactive.
Evolution I (Anti-Vampiric Aura): The wielder can use their Black Blood to generate an aura that dispels vampiric forces.
Evolution II (Poisonous Blood): The Black Blood becomes extremely poisonous to anyone that the wielder does not acknowledge as an ally.
Evolution III (Hollow Shifting): The wielder can use their Black Blood to obtain a Hollowfied / Demonic form, even if they do not possess a Hollow Mask.
<Tier II Regalia>
Regalia either on the level of Semi-Unique Attributes (not counting evolutions), or are the evolved forms of Tier I Regalias.
Blood Scythe: A scythe both infused with Star Metal Alloy and Blood Magic, and the evolved, awakened form of the Blood Sword. Much more potent than regular Necron Warscythes. It can forcibly rip away all the blood of its opponent upon a successful wound, allowing the wielder to use that blood for their own ends. A famous Blood Scythe is the Aramasa. By nature, the Blood Scythe and Blood Spear cannot be both used at once.
Evolution I (Beam Cannon): A Blood Orb forms at the head of the Blood Scythe, which can fire focused beams of blood.
Evolution II (Focused Shot - Blood Arrow): The Blood Orb can charge the blood beams into more concentrated and powerful bursts, firing a piercing blood arrow instead.
Evolution III (Spread Shot - Dragon's Breath): The final evolution to the Blood Orb, after the wielder has slain countless dragons with the scythe. The Blood Orb can now fire a fiery blast akin to the dragons it has slain.
Blood Spear: A spear enhanced with Blood Magic, which has crossed into the Divine. It is can channel lightning within its blade, and is reputed to slay demons. Additionally, it seems to have a corrosive effect on Ki-based constructs, breaking even defensive constructs with ease. By nature, the Blood Spear and Blood Scythe cannot be both used at once.
Evolution I (Life Drain): The spear can now drain life from those that are slain by the blade, transferring it to the wielder and imbuing them with the power and stamina to keep fighting.
Evolution II (Inverse Talon): An inversion to the Life Drain technique. The wielder infuses the spear with their own lifeforce, increasing its power at the expense of the wielder's lifespan.
Evolution III (Post-Mortem): The Blood Spear gains a will of its own. Even after the wielder falls, the Blood Spear will animate the corpse to ensure that its master keeps fighting.
Blood Stone: A potent crystal created from the blood and desires of countless beings, accumulated over a period of time. It has a corruptive influence on those that know about its existence, making them obsessed with obtaining the stone by any means possible. Those that do obtain it are granted tremendous power, enough for even regular humans to overpower multiple Vampire Nobles. However, they are also driven utterly insane, endlessly hungering for more power.
Evolution I (Regeneration): An upper ability unlocked from mastery of the Blood Stone. Wielders now possess an enhanced healing factor, regeneration from deep slashes with greater ease.
Evolution II (Spirit Fragment): An upper ability unlocked from mastery of the Blood Stone. The wielder can now seal a portion of the power of a high-ranking spirit into the Blood Stone, allowing them to use a portion of the spirit's power and magic.
Evolution III (True Blood Spirit): The full power of the Blood Stone. The wielder taps into the latent solar and lunar energies in the Blood Stone, becoming a True Blood Spirit. On top of further improving their abilities, the wielder can now freely absorb energy from the Sun and Moon.
Green Blood: An evolution to the Black Blood. It further enhances the wielder's abilities beyond that granted by the Black Blood, infusing them with additional abilities. One of the common abilities that most Green Blood wielders will obtain, is the ability to adopt a more reptilian visage.
Evolution I (Heavy Metal: Sword): A special ability granted by Green Blood, and an advanced variant of the Heavy Metal attribute. It allows the wielder to sharpen parts of their metallic body into blades. On top of being granted enhanced cutting power, it also grants the wielder enhanced resistance against bladed attacks in turn.
Evolution II (Force Punch): Another special ability granted by Green Blood. It allows the wielder to generate powerful concussive force from their palms, which can push away even spiritual beings. Some masters of this ability can even configure their palms to only "push away" certain aspects of their target, like removing a target's fatigue or illness without harming them.
Evolution III (Medusa Cascade): A third special ability granted by Green Blood, and a slightly altered version of the famed gaze of Medusa. It allows the wielder to turn any living thing into stone, either from them falling in love with the wielder, or from the wielder's direct strikes.
