Anne Chateraise, also referred to as The Will of the Ultimate Seraphs, is the tenth of the Singularity Risers, Riser girls who have made unique contracts with deities existing outside normal classification.
For most normal contracts, there can only be a contract with a single God at any given time, and the only time where there are multiple contracts is due to the Gods sharing a name. However, as emphasised, this is only the case for Gods who even had a name, or at least a title. In the case of Gods who, at least a vast majority, have neither names or titles, just their bereft race, you can essentially make a contract with an entire homogeneous race of Gods at once. Understandably, such Risers are a very high cut above normal Risers, and can operate as one-man armies.
In Anne's case, she had attempted to make a contract with an "Ultimate Seraph", only to end up making a contract with, and inheriting the power of the entire race of Ultimate Seraphs, due to their complete lack of individual names or titles.
The Ultimate Seraphs are the mightiest of the pureblood Seraphs, leading even the Arch Seraphs. Even their mere aura can tear entire multiverses asunder even if they are neutral in nature. They were created by Ze'ggast, one half of the Essential Fractals, to protect the entrance to his sacred realm of the Meta-Mandelbrot from other Gods. The Ultimate Seraphs also have some degree of control over said Meta-Mandelbrot, granting them effortless control over Fractals, thereby granting them a natural dominance over the Fractal Gods. When sufficient Ultimate Seraphs have gathered together, they can call their master to aid them. With this in mind, Anne can sometimes also tap into the Essential Fractal's power as well.
As befitting of her contract, Anne is both a Catholic and a mathematician, and a friend of Iko, the second Singularity Riser. In general, she has a strong disposition to the more eldritch forms of the Angels adopted in older times, and hates the "normalisation" of some of their later iterations. To her, to refuse the "true forms" of the Angels is the ultimate blasphemy, one that is even more sinful than worshipping devils. Outside of her zealotry, however, she is mostly a kind and benevolent girl.
Upon hearing of her friend's exploits, she decided to try making a contract with a fractal being as well, though sought one that was holier in nature. After some research, she unearthed the existence of the Ultimate Seraphs, and she immediately fell enthralled by their existence, feeling a strong urge to see them in person. With Iko's help, they contacted one of the Ultimate Seraphs, and the rest became history.
Having a lack of wager in her contract, Anne has relatively little goals upon her fusion with the Ultimate Seraphs. Currently, she just assists Iko with whatever she needs to do, while still practicing her faith as always.

This Singularity Riser post will be released publicly, as the LoRAs I use don't really allow for commercial usage. The new AI art site I'm using now is also more expensive, so I have to cut the number of images a little, though in exchange the images will be of higher quality.
