Not sure if you have one yet, but have you thought of doing a character bio for all your characters. It would help people who are new followers get a better feel for the characters.
Every time I come close to something similar, or publish an FAQ, or whatever, it sits and molders for a few months until people stop reading it and a whole new crop of new people who won't read it come along and just ask questions anyway. Also, I have too many characters.
So Penny is a Herm or Tranny?
I don't have hermaphrodite characters. And Penny clearly doesn't have a vagina.
Man could you imagine a comic with Penny after her transition and her deciding whether to fully complete her transition, or keep her magnum dong?
