Is it guilt... or is she just weirded out by the situation. I mean if Alicia is not a plant from Kaori, she could be just confused about her feelings. Or maybe those confused feelings is driving the guilt, being Kaori's tool?
She is a plant from Alicia, she's been featured in a previous chapter where she gets a call from Kaori and dumps all of her birth control pills and sleeps around, with the ending implying she gets pregnant. Not sure what happens after that though...
