Maybe you are working some issues through your characters.

I end up with character dynamics this complicated in my writing too. I have an excel sheet with every character listed in rows and columns, and every box is basically a list of everything of how those characters have interacted in the past and on the cells where they cross with themselves, I list all the stuff that currently only they know and are keeping secret from anyone else. It's stupidly massive for me with nearly 1000 characters at this point, but it does make it easier for when I have two characters interacting for the first time and seeing who else they have in common and how

I remember someone speculated that tracy is Sissy's therapist in the future. Not sure if that's true, but it makes for an interesting dynamic in her story arc
