Obsession (2026) KILL COUNT [Patreon Cut]

These fucking clowns copyrighted the youtube video, mid watch, so I bought patreon to finish it

What happened on youtube? Did he say anything

I saw a theory that real nikkie's appearances come from when she can see her reflection. Like the car mirror when bear drops her off, or when seeing the photo of herself when she writes "not me". Not sure if it's true, but it makes for a cool detail.

Tickets bought

I burst laughing everytime he brings up the "sack" quote from "The Long Walk" 🤣😂🤣

Sorry to be that guy but Son of Man is actually by Rene Magritte, not Okeefe. But that scene with the vase absolutely feels evocative of Magritte’s work!

BACKROOMS NEXT!

An absolute gem. I was at NYCC today, and during the Scream 30th anniversary panel, Matthew Lillard called Obsession out as the best horror movie of the year and spent several minutes praising it.

I imagine the One Wish Willow customer service guy works in the same call center as the one in The Substance. They're dealing with complaints from customers and having to constantly explain that their supernatural object is working exactly as described.

Whoever did the sound design for Sarah's kill needs a shout out as well. When it hit streaming I was watching the movie with Atmos and headphones on and that was somehow even more unpleasant. Even the Dolby theatre didn't do that bit justice.

This movie was absolutely insane for me. This was the movie I presented to my friends: "Hey, there's this horror movie made by a YouTuber that did well in film festivals. Who wants to come?" Not only is the movie def in my top three of the year but it also made me step up my game and after watching the movie, I got to work on my next reel and told my manager, hey projects you got to get me auditions for. This is one of those immediate physical copy buys for me. And now Dead Meat covers it, bless y'all <3

The gun's existence was "checked off." I see what you did there.

they also did the same thing in Brokeback Mountain where they filmed takes with Anne Hathaway's character knowing and not knowing about Jack and Ennis's relationship. Also, even if Nikki was into Bear and he had the balls to say how he felt, i think she would quickly realize how much he fucking sucks and break up with him lmao

Gods I’ve waited so long for this. Obsession was my fave horror movie this year

Thank you for not dodging around the assault. I've seen too many reviews where the hosts either downplayed it or tiptoed around it.

Man, Wish Nikki looks unhinged

Man, do I feel bad for international people such a good film and such a good kill count.

I dont where else to ask this question. On Monday, for Fresh Meat, will we need an app to vote? If so, what app?

Missed opportunity to have Chelsea show up randomly throughout, slowly going crazier each time, then James dies, and Chelsea reveals there was no willow, she was genuinely going insane

Oh yea I been waiting for this, GTA 6 next month and dead meat obsession video plus being in theaters. 2026 is the year

"Twirls on them hoes" is amazing lol

Ugh so glad I listened to yall and went and saw this opening weekend it’s such a fantastic movie! Please watch this if you haven’t! 🧎‍➡️

Didn't we already do this kill count like months ago

That scene in the bed was the first take??? That's amazing

So having been in a relationship with someone who was obsessed with me this movie hit really hard and was very hard to watch because I lived that way but luckily am in a way better relationship and we both very enjoy this movie even tho It’s a contest between (The Backrooms) and (Obsession) for which is the best horror movie this year for me

My pain to not be in North America :(
