New Year's Day(e) Progress Report - 6/5/26
Hey Everyone!
I just wanted to keep you guys up to date with where I am. I just started a new job, so that has slowed me down a little, but I’m still plugging away. It’s a remote job, so I am able to do renders and things while I do my actual job-related work on my laptop, but it’s a lot slower as you can imagine.
The good news:
The writing is done.
A major structural problem has been solved.
The party at the waterpark is being rendered as I write this,
After the waterpark scene the only thing left are the spicy scenes.
The bad news: There are So. Many. Renders. Left.
I’ll do what I can to meet my estimated deadline, but I also don’t want to rush and screw something up or give you guys a subpar ending.
I started this thing in March of 2023. It’s been more than three years. Christmas Eve took me six months. I guess a lot has happened and changed since those days (*Jonesy thinks back wistfully to those long ago, simpler times*).
Anyway, back to work!

My fiance literally found your games a few days ago and we loved them! We are currently on ch 4 of NYD (Livvy just watched the camcorder footage after the Eve stuff) and are already looking forward to the next update. We didn't like everything in NYD but that was only due to not having agency over things that happened, nothing wrong with the content at all, we loved it, just prefer that some things be an option instead of linear (But that is personal to us). As I said, we both love the games and hope for much more in the future. Good job, my fiance has a real thing for this particular genre and I love to make her happy! I have added my own subnow as well as you can see but she has been here a while!

I'm working on the last chapter of NYD, but there will be more stories with these same characters soon. I get the whole preference for choices, and it means a lot that you like it all despite the lack of them. I've also written a sort of "What If" novel (non-canon) with these characters over on Literotica called the DLG Club, if you guys are into reading and want to check that out.
