About the Next Update (0.1.4.3) and Other Stuff
So... hello there, I guess!
These past few months have been insane... but here I am, bringing you guys some news.
Let's get this over with.
"What's new? What happened to last month's update?"
Over the past month, I've been... mourning the loss of someone dear to me. It hit me hard, to say the least... They passed away on September 15, 2026, and I was devastated.
So I took a break from development for a few weeks, trying to gather the strength to get back on my feet.
It's never easy... but as a great friend once said, "The show must go on."
And here I am, sharing some news about this month's update and talking a little about what happened...
Lore (spoiler!!):
The story will focus on a Halloween event, an optional but canonical side adventure set 20 years after the events of Pizzalab Complex (2055). Rookie will be contacted by Deathmoth to "deliver a very important package" alongside Anhedonia. The events of this side adventure will determine the future of Aureal Junction and Southern Cross Island. Which side will you take?
This update is expected to be ready by October 31. I'll do my best to bring you guys something special!
Of course, there's more than just the adventure: lots of dialogue and system fixes, a Halloween theme throughout Pizzalab Complex, a new skin for Toolbots, and much more.
So stay tuned for the next post! See you all soon, and take care!
(And a personal message: Love those around you while you still can. Because once they're gone, all you may have left is regret.)

Ey I get it loss is something hard to deal with but you don't gotta do it alone you got a community that loves your work stay strong and dont give up on your dreams
Do not feel forced to meet your self-set deadline if you feel it is too much. Taking a few extra days might be good for both yourself, and the quality of your output. Ultimately we will happily take what we get, and I hope you're feeling better. A close loss is never an easy thing.
I'm so sorry for your loss. Stay strong, we appreciate your commitment and presence allot <3
