Development Update #17 - Mobile Lights, new outfit, and overhaul on Planetary atmospheric visuals from space.

Mobile Lamp

• A deployable light fixture that gives significant light to the surrounding area.

Major Changelog

• Created new NLNK Notification sounds.

• Added audio for a Metro Arena mode, where voice indicator plays when new enemies spawn.

• Creation of blood decals (in general) when characters are shot.

• Created new character outfit: Wanderer.

• Complete rehaul of planet volumetric clouds and atmospheric lighting. Planet from space now looks better! While maintaining same atmospherics on the surface.

Minor Changelog

• AI no longer fires at the player if he is dead.

• Fixed bug where FOV was incorrect after unequipping binoculars.

• Ambient wind audio will only play on the planet surface and not globally.

• Many many lighting adjustments and tweaks

• Fixed hand texture where the finger always appeared black.

• Decreased particle size of blood/bleeding on dismemberment.
