Girl In Charge Season 1 coming to an end

Today, I have an important announcement regarding "Girl In Charge". After much consideration, I’ve decided to conclude Season 1 after Chapter 7. But fear not - it’s not the end of the story; it’s merely a pause.
(Just to be clear, I'm still finishing Chapter 7. Part 1 was just published, and I'm working on part 2)
Lately, I’ve found it challenging to maintain the creative spark needed for "Girl In Charge". To ensure the story continues with fresh ideas and renewed enthusiasm, I’ll be taking a break. During this time, I’ll be working on something new.
The image I'm sharing here is for a new game, called "Amy's Whispers of Lust". You may ask: "Who the hell is Amy?". And you will find out who she is before the end of Chapter 7. I can tell you "Amy's Whispers of Lust" shares the same universe of "Girl In Charge".
The reason behind exploring "Amy’s Whispers of Lust" lies in my role as an independent game developer. Unfortunately, "Girl In Charge" hasn’t received the necessary support to sustain its development. To infuse fresh creativity and try a new approach, I’m embarking on a different game. As much as I enjoy working on projects, I can’t invest countless hours in a game that doesn’t engage its supporters.
I understand that change can be unsettling. If you choose not to support "Amy’s Whispers of Lust", I respect your decision. However, I invite you to reserve judgment until the game is available. Your feedback matters, and I’m eager to hear your thoughts once it’s released.

That can be considered abandoning a game, and I can tell you that looks REALLY bad to anyone looking at new games from a dev that did that. I'll wait and see how it is now.
I know this is not ideal, but closing the game in chapter 7 as part of "Season 1" will give me the oportunity to refresh my mind with something new, and allow me to come back to "Season 2" with renewed energy. The options I have right now are either totally abandoning the game, which I don't want to, or giving it a season end, so I can come back to it later. I really need to try something new to see if I can engage more supporters, since it looks like Girl In Charge is not increasing it's support base. If the responses to Amy's game are not good, then I'll need to reevaluate... Thanks for your feedback! :)
The plans for Chapter 7 are to have 4 parts + 1 Side Story (the Side Story will be just a final bonus for Girl In Charge Season 1)
