Q&A, feedback and Bright Lord
Hey everyone!
First, a few words about the recent feedback I got from you. Besides the recurring comments like:
we waited too long for such a short update,
not enough sex scenes,
where's the Android version,
...the overall feedback of the last update was mostly positive, which makes me really happy. Of course, there are always things that need improvement, and we'll keep fixing them as we go. Probably within a week or two, the first progress bar for update 4.0 will be up. Everything's on track, so we're aiming to release it before Christmas.
To answer a few other questions: this will be a bit bigger update than usual, definitely more comprehensive, and it will address some of the questions you've had. As we originally planned, we aim to release the full game in the first half of 2026, and that hasn't changed. We'll probably wrap up Riley's story by episode 7 or 8, depending on how many extra scenes and content we decide to add.
Now, I'd like to talk about something important to us鈥攖he second project we've been working on alongside Steps of Debauchery. First, let me assure you that Riley and Steps of Debauchery are still our main focus, and no other project will affect the development speed of the game. If we've chosen to support or join another project, it's only because we've been able to hire more people or work on it in parallel.
As some of you already know, the project I'm talking about is the game Bright Lord, developed by KissKiss Studio. It鈥檚 had its ups and downs, so we decided to help bring it to completion, ensuring it doesn鈥檛 get abandoned like so many other adult visual novels. Our support included proofreading the entire script, improving and compressing the game鈥檚 code, creating a completely new UX/UI, and translating the game into 7 languages. The story and graphics are still being handled by KissKiss Studio, so this hasn鈥檛 affected our work on Steps of Debauchery.
You鈥檒l be able to see the results of our work soon, as Bright Lord will be released on Steam on November 8th, with all the new features we've added. I encourage you to add it to your wishlist now!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Slow and gradual blossoming of Riley giving in to desires. Its slow pace at times really adds to the feeling of it being a proper journey and makes the pay offs all the better, not just a rush to the next scene. Im genuinely engrossed in the story lol. Hope there is tons more content to come, no matter the wait.
My only suggestion is that it seems that the good parts are stacked too close together as far as sexy scenes go. I don't have a problem with the time it takes to make the updates, but I get frustrated day after day with no action, and then suddenly, you're into everyone. Maybe it's the way I'm playing, but there could be a notification on the phone or something, like...I'm waiting. Because I find stuff slowly, and maybe it's available, but I don't look at the cell phone or quest description closely enough. Either way, it seems a bit difficult to find stuff. I could just be an idiot, though. It's a great game, a wonderful choice for the main character, and the other women are also hot. Great job overall.
Just thought of a solution for the slow folks like me. A hint system that says, review the Journal or task list if a quest has been available for more than one in-game week without progress. No spoilers, just a point in the right direction. I had 5000 dollars and hadn't visited the store because I wasn't interested in the collectibles at first. I missed the paddle all that time. Just a suggestion to help idiots like me for clicking like a fool...hehe.
In my opinion, the update is brilliant. Riley is a perfect blend of innocent (or not so innocent) naivete and shameless sluttty-ness. I can't wait for more of her adventures.
Steps of Debauchery is great just keep doing what you're doing in my opinion. I started playing Brightlord a while back but gave up on it. Visually it was great but I got lost in the sauce with the story it just seemed to be a mess to me.
We are always happy to wait for Riley she is the queen, keep up the amazing work & look forward to trying out the new project also.
It is already clear that there will be quality content. We will wait patiently for December. Respect to the whole team. Good work, Fooxied Games.
hey foox dont sweat the small shit to me it was a great update i personally dont care if its short or long update. your on time and always keep us informed so keep up the great work
Android version
It has been a fun run so far and definitely one of if not the most fun AVN out at the moment. Looking foward to the future updates. I'm new to the genre so I can't say necessarily if I felt the update was long enough or short but I do appreciate the effort being put in so far. The only complaint I truly have is that some of the achievements on steam did not work after completion. Now I don't know if it's an error on my end or something that will activate later as the story progresses. I know it might be a small complaint but I'm the type of person if I truly like a game I like to show some appreciation by 100% it. Like I said nothing major but if it's something to help you out with the game other than the $ contribution I would like to help out. Again can't wait for the future updates. Keep up the good work Fooxied Games.

I don't get why they complain there's not enough sex scenes...it's was a smaller update, I thought there was quite few fun scenes.
Well, people that play the game for visuals, not the plot itself.
I'd follow Riley for 100 episodes but alas all good things have to come to an end.
