hey everyone, i hope you're doing fine!
i'm making steady progress with my health and i'm very grateful i can take my time getting better. I sometimes have small set backs and they show me that i still have a long way to go, but i'm very happy with the general progress and it's much better than it was back in June (and the first half of the year).
In October I didn't draw; I focused on things that were really important for my mental well being instead. after those weeks i felt ready and very inspired, and that's when i've picked up working on the comic again!
for now i focus on storyboarding upcoming scenes, rewriting, and slowly getting back into actually drawing panels; without having a deadline or anything, just getting used to it again.
again thank you so much for your patience and for your constant reassurance that it's alright to take care of myself even if it takes longer ;; i'm so glad to have you, and you are such a big reason why i can take my time - because in other situations this probably wouldn't be possible to that extent, to properly recover for as long as i need to without pressure. i want to give my best even more now; and knowing that time passed, and that time helps me to improve my drawing skills, i'm certain i can show you scenes so much closer to my vision than i could've just some months ago, and that feels really really good!
I think it's safe to say that my patreon stays paused for the rest of the year (since it's suddenly November already), but I want to make it official now and say that Ghost Lights will return 🦌 and that i'm very excited about all the hand holding, their first kiss, ... tons of scary stuff that has yet to happen in the story! And i'm excited to share it with you 💙

Such a beautiful scene. I am also glad you are doing better. Think positive and do affirmations everyday about things around you are make you better and happier. It does work... it worked for me :)
