❤️🩹 new versions: scene 82 + 83.1
something i haven't done often before, but I went back to the previous two scenes and improved a few panel elements for better readability!
there are so many details and elements to keep track of at the moment (Robin's and Noah's injuries, arm markings, background elements etc etc) that I noticed for example that I forgot to color in Noah's bloody mouth.
I also hope to make it visually as clear as possible where they are and that Robin's spirit form is veryyy ghostly and that this is why his hand is going through himself!
here are the improvements:
added an extra panel to show the warnings signs in a clearer way to give more hints of where they are. I took the same panel I showed in flashback scene 53 when Noah visited the closed area to make it even more obvious!
added Noah's bloody mouth in two panels
added a ghostly overlay for Robin's spirit form
that's it~ just a few changes but I feel much better about it now!!
you guys are my second line of beta readers 🥹💚 thank you so much for your feedback and sharing your thoughts with me whenever I post a scene. It motivates me and it always really helps me to see where I could add a few more hints later on as well! You're all guiding me through my storytelling 🐾

It is so lovely! So etherial and emotional. I love it! 🥰😍❤️
Looks great! And terrifying! Oh dear God!
Looks amazing!
God, this whole sequence is so atmospheric <3 Like it's ethereal but intense at the same time, the pacing doesn't feel slow but you can still FEEL how hard Robin's dragging himself through, and there's this constant underlying uneasy edge - like we've had the unsettling horror, and it's not ~quite~ that any more, but it hasn't fully cleared either... Just GAH I wanna print these pages out and roll around in them, they're incredible!! (I won't, though - the price of printer ink in this economy???)
