Ohmigosh we're getting closer to the origin! Ok wow, time to go back and re-read and see if I can get these half-formed theories about the flood laying waste to their place (Robin?) (and killing them?) and who/what caused it, into something substantial.

This is interesting... The barbed wire is a thicket on the INSIDE of the fence, so it's far more positioned to keep something inside from getting out. Noah's nowhere to be found, the most we have is the sign bloodied with his words. Those words take us back to pages 111 and 112, so let's see if we can piece together anything in the fragments that followed: Noah saying: "Please, don't send me away...but where to? The only place for me is...you." And someone saying: "...hurt him? ...then I will rip you apart!" Since Robin is a place, we can attribute the first line to Noah. But it's unclear who the speaker is for the second part. It sounds like Noah still, but who is the anger directed toward? Robin feels a stabbing pain then, but it's odd that Noah would turn on him and attack him. Is there a third person there who Noah attacks to defend Robin? Mother? Or, if the target was actually Robin...is this division into a human form a consequence of being ripped apart? The conversation with his spirit self on page 122 reminds us that he is dormant until a partner, and new life, arrives...but the bloodied sign on these latest pages show this already happened. Noah was already here...and presumably died. So who or what is the Noah that Robin is chasing? Only a memory, or some spark somehow preserved?
