This is brilliant the way you weave her affection with her tough, mean reflexive attitude. I love what you do in quiet voices. Here she's terrifying and wonderful, determined not to be conventional. Her need to dominate leads her to this shy, nerdy guy who it wouldn't occur to to resist. She's deliciously frightening, but self-aware, apologetic of her own excesses, affectionate, and the streak of warmth you give her makes me believe she'll be protective of him, while acting like she's really being meanly controlling. You've given her such a tender heart. So many lines she could have spoken sarcastically, she actually shows genuine kindness, but then she's got her hand at his throat, which for her is affectionate rather than cruel. This is another amazing performance full of heart and subtlety and quiet power. Just wonderful! You have amazing instincts for your talents!
