Hey yall, I had planned on releasing this build yesterday but my laptop is literally coughing up blood on its last leg. I had to finish it on my mom’s laptop and somehow the EA's original by got switched to her account. So yeah it’s been a stressful weekend. But I’m just glad I managed to get it done for y’all. I probably won’t do another build until I get a new laptop, hopefully by the end of this year. In the meantime, hope y’all enjoy this one!
This house has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. It’s meant for two parents and their pre-teen and infant daughters, with an office/guestroom.
🌸 Empty version HERE
🌸 CC folder is 6gb
🌸 MUST unzip files before adding to folders
🌸 Tray files go in tray folder, CC files go in mods folder!
🌸 IMPORTANT: Please make sure to turn BB.moveobjects on before placing this house down or else some items will not be placed correctly
🌸 If you can’t get the tray files to show up, all of my sims & houses are also uploaded to the Gallery. Make sure custom content is enabled and search Gallery ID: KeyysKorner
🌸 If you are not using a Mac please delete the __MACOSX folder and the .DS_Store file or else your game may crash
🌸 Please DO NOT share tray files, all of my sims and CC will be free to download after 3 weeks

the furnished version does not load in game...endless loading screen :(
Hi, yes I’ve been told. Unfortunately I’ve tried to see what’s the issue but my laptop cannot handle this much cc anymore so I will have to wait until I get a new one to fix it :(
I downloaded the furnished version and put everything in the right place but when I place a family it doesn’t load at all and I have to turn my game off

Where are the __MACOSX folder and the .DS_Store file stored so I can be on the lookout
I removed it from all my houses and sims so far, that warning is just for future references if i forget to remove them!

Would this still be usable if I only downloaded the tray files and decorated it myself? As a 9gb cc file is too much for my laptop to handle on top of everything else.
The build itself, like the structure will still be intact but there will be no cc in it including windows, doors, and other basic stuff I used cc for. If my laptop will allow it I may go back and just make a ready to move in version without all the decor
