Our twitter account has been hacked.

You can always create a new one, this time make a longer password so its harder to decrypt even for a hacker. But I do hope you can get assistance from Twitter and get back the account.

Suggest to check the email that linked with your account, it doesn’t seem to be hacked but more like being banned by twitter. Any case they should send you email regarding to this situation.
