the bear (cc)

inspired by one of my favorite tv shows the bear 🐻 the restaurant is based off a real place in chicago called mr beef so i tried to incorporate both versions.

*gameplay tips*

- carl's dine out reloaded mod fixes a lot of the in game bugs but it's currently outdated (11/16/24)

- i playtested this build thoroughly and didn't notice any problems other than the ones that are the games fault lol. please let me know if you have any issues. sims might dance near the jukebox but you can delete it. you can also delete some tables if staff is taking too long (more tables = busier staff)

- if you plan on running this restaurant yourself: lock all the doors that have access to the kitchen and set them to 'employees only' so customers won't walk around in there. locking the office door/changing the computer security settings to 'household only' should prevent employees from playing on it.

- if you only plan on dining here: you can make another household own the restaurant and do the same thing with the locks. just make sure you cheat the business points so they unlock the max amount of employees to work there then choose what sims to hire. the game will automatically hire more employees if you don't and then the ones that the household didn't assign won't be allowed to walk in the kitchen for some reason.
