Is it possible to install this amazing and beautiful mod on the latest version of the game?

Will there be updates to the mod? It's one of my favorites, and I love your creations... I'd love to be able to use it with the current version of the game!

How do I change the clothing slot for this mod? I have "Killgirl" in that slot.
