Skyrim Upscaler FSR3 Build 01 & 02
This is the version that supports DLSS/FSR/XeSS for upscaling and also features FSR3 FG.
This works on ROG Ally and other windows handhelds
For Steam Deck I haven't tested.

Link your discord account to patreon and you will get pulled in the server by patreon bot if you click the Join button under membership page.
Download updates in beta-access channel.

INSTALLATION
Install as any other SKSE plugin, using MO2 or Vortex would be the best way.
Make the game run in Borderless instead of Fullscreen, see the IMPORTANT part below for how to do that.
Check if you have dxgi.dll in the game folder, if so, download the modified ReShade and replace the dxgi.dll.
Enable Vsyc for SyrimSE.exe in Nvidia Control Panel.
Launch the game and press END in the game to open the menu for upscalers and do authentication.
Slide DOF all the way to the left (it's in the game's own settings).
Turn off ENB Edge AA and DOF (If you play at high enough resolution you can still try to use ENB's DOF, but if you can't stand the jittery just turn it off).
Set the FPS Cap in the mod menu to half of your refresh rate minus 1! For example if you have a 144hz monitor set the FPS cap to 71. Or you can use ENB's fps limiter instead. This is only for preventing your FPS from exceeding your refresh rate, if you know what you are doing you can cap it lower to your average FPS (cap to half of that of course) to get a more stable frametime.
OTHER THINGS
If you use ReShade, you need to download the modified version I posted on Discord.
Note that you can't change quality level at runtime, you'll need to change it in the ini and restart the game.
IMPORTANT: If you are using SSE Display Tweaks, open SSEDisplayTweaks.ini and set Fullscreen = false and BorderlessUpscale = false. Remember to remove the # before them or they won't take effect.
If you are not using it, set bFull Screen = 0 in SkyrimPrefs.ini
If you are using detection meter, make sure it's at least v0.17.

Is there a guide anywhere on how to install your DLSS mod with ENB? I found a video someone else made but it doesn't seem to include everything because guess what I have a black screen when the ENB is enabled... And there is no guide sticking out anywhere on your server.. Can I get some help please?
Currently getting a No Text Channel Notification when discords pops open, I just joined so do I have to wait sometime for it to work?
Solved it, if anyone has the issue, go to your settings -> linked accounts and below you discord account the option you join the discord will pop up (after you paid for the membership), the link below the membership tab doesn't work at least for now.

I linked my accounts and even canceled and re-joined the membership and upgraded to see if that would work. Not getting added to the discord.

Tried to get this for Nolvus. I kept getting a black screen and I'm having a hard time finding any documentation on how to get it to work. I don't know if this was causing my authentication link not to appear, or if that problem was unrelated.

For all those wondering Since the Windows 11 update that broke previous versions from working, he has made new versions that overcome this problem and do indeed work with the latest Windows update. These updated versions can be found on his discord channel.

It’s probably because of the Windows 11 24H2 update acting up, but now the script extender is rejecting it. It's not working properly. At first, I thought I might've installed something sketchy, but come to think of it, the only update I've done is the Windows OS one. Just for your reference. - - - - You have one or more script extender plugins which failed to load! If you want this notification to go away, here are some steps you can take: • Look for updates to the mod or the specific plugin included in the mod. • Disable the mod containing the plugin. • Hide or delete the plugin from the mod. To refresh the script extender logs, you will need to run the game and/or editor again! The failed plugins are: • SkyrimUpscaler version 16777216 (SkyrimUpscaler.dll, Skyrim Upscaler) disabled, fatal error occurred while loading plugin.
I gotta say, at first I was a bit hesitant to subscribe and figured there couldn't be enough of a boost with this to really stick with it, but damn, this makes the world of a difference with big mod packs. Cheers, you did a great job and definitely deserve the sub.

My discord is apparently broken. It's verified, but Patreon doesn't think it is. Is there any other way for me to access the mod. I've tried everything to get them to link, but it doesn't seem it's going to be possible. It's strange because my creator profile links to my own discord just fine.
Latest version not working for me. I'm getting CTDs each time the game tries to load. I'm running on a Root Builder build, though, and just installed this like any other mod in MO2. Is there anything I need to change in terms of folders to get this to run? ETA: Got it to work. Mostly this was the fault of me being a first-time user and the first time trying something like this on a non-traditional setup. Out of reflex due to this being a Root Builder build, I created a "root" directory and put files into it. This time, I just let MO2 install it as is. Got a bit of a freak-out when I saw a black screen with no intro screen and no message that ENB was loading, then the game loaded. I went in, authenticated, and then couldn't move. I went out, started a new game, configured my settings, got out of the menu, and, again, couldn't move. Now that my settings are good to go, I won't have to go into the menu again, so I shouldn't have this trouble. I think this is happening because KreatE shares the END key as its hotkey.

Wow this is insane! Having just moved from 1080ti to RTX 3090 I was expecting better Skyrim 4k performance with my 2600 mod build at 494gb, but it still lacked.. Not now! This upscaler is AMAZING! Hope i'm actually using it correctly, 4k 60hz TV, game set at 4k, using FSR 3 with frame gen 2560x1440 - 2160x3840, and using ENB fps limiter. I assume i'm good as its never dropping below 60 outdoors, it was 40 outdoors before the upscaler. Thank you for your work!

After installing the mod and following the guide the FPS dropped by half. I authenticated, switched the reshader file, disabled all the neccessary items, enabled borderless but can't seem to fix it.
I can't press the authenticate button. it remains red no matter what
check his discord, there is a program linked there that you can run that will authenticate it

How to use just the framegen and not scaler on AMD? won’t let me lick the DLSS one to use native resputlion, forces me to use FSR or XeSS and neither seem to have a off or native res setting. Help me Obi-Wan, you’re my only hope!
Framegen from my understanding is a Nvidia only thing.
why do you require users to execute a trojan virus (patreon.exe) to use this?

I guess I'll join the chorus of people whose Discord connection isn't working. Discord account is connected (I've also disconnected and reconnected a couple times), the "Join Server" button appears, though on the settings page even though I've joined, it says "Disconnected", and trying to "Join Server" from the Memberships tab takes me to an empty server with no channels or people.
Check if you have too many servers, that could lead to not being able to join

this is game changing, went from 60-70 to 120-130 in whiterun (using eldergleam list) incredible mod really well done! (4070 ti super for reference)

go into SKSE/Plugins then in the SkyrimUpscaler.ini change "mUpscaleType = 0" to "mUpscaleType = 3". The game launches with DLSS thats why youre crashing

I followed everything, and my game FPS did increase by 10-20fps with my RTX 4060 ti (originally had 15-25FPS before this mod), but animations caused the area around my character to be pixelated and jittery (after authentication). If I load a save game after already being loaded into another save game, it also causes my game to CTD every time for some reason. I'm going to try adjusting things to see if I can get this to work and also not lose quality for animations/movement in general. I'm trying this with Nolvus redux.
I unfortunately couldn't figure out how to get this to work and not have animations/walking/jumping look pixelated.

Hi PureDark. Possibly been raised elsewhere. Was previously using your SkyrimUpscalerENBTestBuild and sometimes got up to 20PFS improvement. Have authenticated and tried to use SkyrimUpscalerFSR and my game won't load. Have set VSynch on, have Display Tweaks setup as described. Is it that the FSR upscaler is not compatible with a RTX 3060?
It is compatible, you probably didn't overwrite dxgi.dll with my modified version.
The upscaler makes my steam overlay invisible. When I disable the plugin the overlay works fine. What can I do to fix this? The upscaler itself if a miracle and works perfectly btw. Im just having trouble with steam
It's not compatible with Steam overlay.
i'm getting the same FPS with ENB on any preset. I am monitoring FPS with the ENB fps counter (could be lying to me). I can't tell.
Exactly, you can't use ENB's fps counter, it doesn't count FG frames. Just use GE's overlay (ALT+R) or xbox game bar (Win+G)

You can only change quality levels in the config file, the SkyrimUpscaler.ini, you can't change it in-game.

Work perfectly! Getting 110-120 fps so far on this Skyrim modlist running on my 3080. Where as before I was getting 40-60 fps. The frame gen is definitely doing it's thing. Thanks!
Anyone who complains about this costing $5 doesn't get it. My life is forever changed.
One issue I have found though is that having the SkyrimUpscalerFSR enabled disables the ability for screenshots to capture console details. Once I turned off FSR my console details were back in my screenshots. Is it possible to fix this in the ini file, or is that a code change you'd need to apply?

Just gonna say, this doubled my FPS on a 3070 at 4k. 100fps indoors and 60fps outdoors on a heavily modded 2600+ mod Nolvus modlist, visually zero difference on balanced mode FSR3 and FG.
How? Its for 40xx cards and fsr3 for rtx?

I asked on the Discord and they pointed me to the common-questions section, where there's a tool that worked like a charm. Thanks for everything. Also, in case you get all pixelated resolution after loading this mod, you need to turn off any downscaling option active (i.e NOLVUS from the Dash Board), then open game and exit. Now install this mod following the instructions. Good luck to everyone!

Might be being dumb but for running in borderless as opposed to full screen means the game runs in a small window unless running at native resolution (game is 1080p, screen is 1440p). Am I missing anything?
Run at native res always. Then use upscaler in game to boost performance. Set ini to balanced or performance to run at like 1/3rd or 1/2 internal res and it upscales beautifully.
Hey! FSR3 build on a 3070 running at 4k res using performance option in ini boosted me from like 30-40 fps in crowded riften/towns to 60fps 😍. Potential issue: Now, mouth movement in conversations looks blurry. This only occurred after using this FSR3 upscaler. I've followed all steps. Not game-breaing, but any tips? EDIT: Alleviated the issue by setting my refresh rate to 120hz (native) and the fps cap in the upscaler UI to 59fps. Also alleviated stuttery menus. Unfortunately 60hz monitors will have to deal with 30fps mouth movement and menu/maps.

Im getting worse perfomance on my 3080 then i was with regular dlss.
This is only meant for using with FG on, you need to authenticate and turn on FG, then you read fps with external fps counters such as the xbox game bar by pressing WIN+G, ENB only shows FPS before FG which is only half of the final FPS.
