Starfield Upscaler FG Build Beta 02

Downloaded the new update, love how you made FG auto go off in the menu, you also put all menus. That will come in handy. I was having problems yesterday while trying to go through the inventory. Sometimes it would bug out and black screen, so I can't see my gear. Then I would have to manually disable or press the key bind to disable FG. Now it's a breeze. Thanks! will report back if I run into any bugs.

how do you get it to work for Gamepass it freezes on the subway everytime?

Are the FG artifacts the same artifacts we would be seeing if DLSS3 was officially supported in the game or is this just a byproduct of DLSS3FG being modded into the game? Just curious

Unfortunately it looks like the mod may have been cracked...he might be looking up some new DRM or something to protect his work. Sucks how people are willing to steal his work like that...

I've been trying for an hour to authenticate and nothing works. Tried both disabling firewall and making a rule to allow Starfield through firewall. Neither worked.

All you need to do is go over to Patreon, settings, select "more", go to connected apps, and link up your discord account to patreon, you'll be automatically added to the discord server

Incredible boost for 4070 ti. I had before 45/50fps in New Atlantis. Now is 85-110 it just doubled my fps with 1440p ultra + 100% res scaling and I don't feel input lag like in some other games. This is insane

Encountering a lot of loading screen freeze when using FG. Pumping the FG reenable interval to 2-3 doesnt seem to fix it. Could you please look into it? Dlss alone works excellently.

Absolutely incredible man, on a 4070ti and 5800x3d 1440p full ultra it doubles average fps from about 55 to 110, absurd work

I think they're just trying to protect their creation cause if they don't do it like this people will just get it and upload it elsewhere Also, in the meantime you could try the Starfield Upscaler post below this as it's free iirc

Its working flawless with my RTX 4090. I run a 4k 144hz monitor and having a new triple A title run at barely 60fps was driving me crazy. I have a 16core 32thread 5950x CPU which believe it or not gets bottlenecked at 4k sometimes on newer titles. With some online tutorials from hardware unboxed, I only turned down settings where there was no visual impact, but a positive impact to performance. Now I am running a mix of high and ultra, 4k, with DLSS 3 and Frame generation, getting about 120fps-150fps on average. A combination of this mod with smart choices on the settings page has this game optimized and running the way it should have on launch day. Thanks to PureDark when game companies strike deals to exclusively use one tech over the other, we can have a choice as consumers and take advantage of the hardware we paid good hard earned cash for. Great work PureDark, keep it up. I was skeptical on some of your youtube postings, but for sure this works flawlessly. The in game overlay menu is better than most games in game settings.

I get freezes and crashes when travel to different locations, but sometimes even when going through a door like to talk to Sgt. Yuma. There's also weird stencil outlines on the constellations/star cluster when on a planet looking up. Especially if there's a lot of space gas. Not really sure if it's something that can be fixed. Just thought people should be aware.

So I found a way to fix my little problem, all I did was disable to DLSS then traveled to the planet after. I don't mind turning it on/off for the extra frames

New Atlantis was eating my CPU's ass... Hehe not today

While in game I was trying to reach another planet, when clicking on the planet to land the game keeps crashing in this same spot. Not sure why, other than that this mod has been running amazingly. It's the Altair system. Jumped to it now I can't land on any of the planets.

This is pure magic! I have a 4090+5900x and playing at 3840x1600 ultrawide. I was getting around 100fps with a mix of ultra/high in most places but took a massive hit in the first main city. I quickly found out I'm CPU bound so went on a binger and decided to just jump ship to AM5...I bought a new motherboard, ram and a 7800x3d. It will be a nice upgrade moving to the x3d chip for performance gains across the board but this DLSS3 mod with frame gen is incredible. I'm now getting 120fps avg in the cities, gameplay is butter. Thank you so much for this!

It freezes the game, had like 4 freezes in 2 hours most often when use elevators/loading screens. I use Game Pass version if it has something to do...

Having issues joining the server atm, getting directed to a page with no text channels when trying to join. Maybe there is a delay with the bot or permissions are not being set properly?

Can't seem to Authenticate. I hit the button in the game, get sent to a webpage, allow access to my info, get a "Successful!" message, go back to game and Authenticate button is still there.

Check your patreon settings. In the dropdown there is more > connected apps. Connect your discord account and join puredark server

Hmm my game has crashed three times in the last hour since installing the mod. Not sure if this has anything to do with it but I play on a super ultrawide screen(32:9 ration) so Ive used a hex editor to fix that. Im also using the FOV mod to use 90FOV.

EDIT: NVM was able to authenticate after 5th pc restart. weird. steam copy original: doesn't seem to authenticate for me. i've tried 4 times now and restarted a few times. chrome will show a successful message after allowing patreon access but in game it still says not authenticated. anyone know a solution?

i installed reshade and then mod stop working. i uninstalled reshade and then installed mod again but now mod works but controller not.

which DLSS preset should we use? Does it matter?

Sir PureDark, if there’s any way you could make these mods not use keys like “HOME” or “END”, that would be very helpful. Because I use a slim/narrow keyboard that doesn’t have those keys.

I'm your backer and I'm connected to the Discord server, but I can't authenticate.

I recommend turning on FSR2 and turn off dynamic display, then shut down game and then install mod. My game froze up trying to do this with the mod installed. That being said my save game where I left off went from 80fps to 135 fps with this mod.

Dude, really quite amazing work here !! locked at 180 FPS indoors, ~100ish in flight and ~120ish on planet so a huge thumbs up from me.

This is just absolute sorcery. Gone from kind of accepting the fact that I'm playing a 60-70fps game on a 4090 to buttery smooth 120fps. Kudos.
