RDR2 Upscaler Beta Build 02
It enables DLSS3 Frame Generation in Red Dead Redemption 2.
Note that it's only for DX12 for now! I might add vulkan support in the future.

Supports DLSS Frame Generation
INSTALLATION
Extract to game's root folder, if you have been using ReShade, don't overwrite the ReShade.ini so that you can use your own preset.
Press END to open the menu, then authenticate for the first time, no continuous subscription needed, any account that has subscribed before can pass the authentication.
Enable DLSS and disable Reflex and triple buffers in the game settings, the mod comes with its own reflex.
If you changed graphic settings in-game, the frame buffer might be out of sync, press CTRL+Right Arrow to sync the buffer, test until it's smooth.
OTHER THINGS
The mod will force the game to use the newest DLSS 3.1.30, no need to replace the nvngx_dlss.dll in the game's root folder.

Seems that I can only either use this or use mods. Is there a script hook alternative or something I'm missing? Otherwise it works great on a vanilla game.
Are there still plans to bring the VULKAN version? It was mentioned a year ago that it would be implemented.
When will Vulkan API be supported? I am experiencing stuttering with DirectX 12 in my environment, which is inconvenient.
I dont see the frame generation check box unless i have the Dlss to Fsr3 mod installed? is this normal?

So Thank you. And look... i'm someone that very HATE mods , very hate DRM and top of this i disagree to support\pay... But in this case,about you ,is totally worth it,thank you,wish you a wonderful 2024. p.s. i STRUGGLE 4 days to run it because game not launch for MY FAULT because i NOT READ and NOT FOLLOW well your instructions (in discord) i vote for callisto protocol next mod (or i hope devs add fsr3+fg or dlssg to it)

You simply use DLSSTweaks to make the render ratio for quality at 1.0 then it's DLAA.
Running it from Rockstart Launcher game doesnt run.. black screen then just quits.

I have one small issue. It seems that I need to enable frame generation after every start of the game in the END menu. After that, it works great. Bumps up the framerate from 70-90 to stable 118fps on my 4K 120Hz OLED TV with Gsync, VRR and Auto HDR (RTX4090). But i wonder if its possible to make the frame generation to always be enabled upon starting the game? Many thanks for this btw, just became a Patron and love your work!

The END button doesn't trigger the menu for me, is there any way to change the key for the menu?

It will not authenticate the mod for me. I press authenticate, it opens firefox, asks me to allow, I press allow, says sucessul, then I go back to the game and it just says not authenticated. I am pretty annoyed about this, adding DRM to mods is just crazy, especially when it doesn't work. Any solution?
try use file patreon.exe and google chrome as default browser
it works fine with dlss 3.5, i tested earlier
