TS4 CAS ReviewTS4 Content Review

šŸ˜æ [SP60] Casanova Cave CAS Review šŸ’€ Everything but the shoes can go in the trash. I'm kidding, the Masc-Frame shirt and the tank tops can stay. āš” I need to learn XY mesh conversion.

I now have a working solution for Bloatā„¢ courtesy of my anonymous friend - https://../posts/118803299

Did you hear the good word? We're getting like FOUR (4) MORE Kits, and they're all "Creator Kits" in partnership with well-known creators, while our bodies remain broken because EAxis refuses to fix the EIGHTEEN (18) Deformer Maps they broke with Update 7/23/2024. Happy 25-Year Anniversary!

Had they released this and SP59_SecretSanctuary combined but split by CAS and BB, I wonder if anyone would have bought the CAS Kits, 'cause this ain't really good either. I love (sarcasm) how everything I've skimmed online about these Kits is positive.

Also, SP59_SecretSanctuary and SP60_CasanovaCave are "gendered" Kits - SP59 is feminine and SP60 is masculine.

ā‹†ā‹… PRELIMINARY REVIEW:

The Bloatā„¢ is back, baby! No Restrict Opposite Gender PartFlags to screw with transframe sims, but the new usual suspects are back - inconsistent ROFrame totes not to make it seem like there are female and male variants when there's really only one, no DisplayIndex, but no swatch hex color issues this round that I've seen anyway.

I don't hate the shoes this round. To be fair, I don't hate the shoes in SP59_SecretSanctuary. I just hate the color textures.

TBC?

ā‹†ā‹… BLOATā„¢:

  • yfTop_SP60JacketPolo is Bloatedā„¢.

  • yfTop_SP60JacketVNeck is Bloatedā„¢.

  • yfTop_SP60Vest is Bloatedā„¢.

ā‹†ā‹… DEADLINESā„¢ & DISAPPOINTMENT:

"Deadlinesā„¢" is my way of acknowledging that EA is the true villain.

This is a list of issues I've discovered that may or may not get fixed in a timely fashion. PartFlags are rarely included in this list.

If it gets fixed, it gets a āœ”ļø, ā“ if semi-fixed, āŒ if I can't fix, and šŸ”„ if I noticed that EAxis finally noticed there was a problem and fixed it in an update.

CLOTHING BODY:

  • ymTop_SP60Shirt has no feminine frame variant.

  • yfTop_SP60TankHood's mesh distorts horribly for M/FF sims. I'll look into this at a later date. It's not the only top I've seen like this.

TBC...
