⚡ In hindsight, I think the Pre-Order bonus is actually the frame. In which case, the rant still stands. I would have preferred artwork of the new pre-made sims because THOSE IN-GAME GENERATED HOUSEHOLD PORTRAITS ARE UGLY!

I criticize and drag EAxis a lot but I understand that there are a lot of talented people on the Sims Team.

Why is that talent wasted and misused so much?

The Sims 4 could be so much more than it currently is without needing a new game or a new engine or any other "old" bullshit reason simmers have invented as a way to defend EAxis' shortcomings.

Instead someone (Electronic Arts) has this game in a vice grip and all they care about is the 2.8 BILLION DOLLARS that 70 million simmers could toss at them if we all bought any one Expansion Pack at full price.

Why would you put THIS lame-arse "Manage Households" photo as the Lasting Legacy Family Portrait Pre-Order incentive...

... when THIS gorgeous piece of artwork exists?!

EAxis employed the creator who made the good body hair mod then pushed out some half-arsed infected chicken scratches posing as body hair that don't even match any hair aesthetic.

This is what these in-game generated "Manage Household" portrait objects look like - we already have one in the Base Game!

Nice frame, but huge and kinda fugly. I left the door there for scale.
