💖 Dev Update: Dating System in Action!

Hey everyone!

The base framework for the dating system is now working as intended. In my latest demo, I set up a date with Tyler, met him at the campus hub, and watched the system adapt dynamically — since Tyler is a Black NPC, the on-screen expression matched perfectly. If I had chosen a White NPC instead, the visuals would have updated automatically.

This is a big milestone: it means the core logic for dates, character selection, and visual representation is all synced up.

What’s Next?

The next step is adding an event generator for the three main date venues, the restaurant, cinema, and concert stadium. Each venue will have multiple possible outcomes: romantic, awkward, funny, or even a little chaotic, depending on your choices and relationship level.

This will make dates feel more alive and replayable, since no two playthroughs will unfold the same way.
