I must say werewolves got a lot of things right but vampires are still one of the top tier occults for me. That being said, I think porting some of the werewolf interactions and features (as you can tell from my other mods) combines the best of both supernatural worlds. One of those features I found charming was having sims be aware of werewolves in their beast forms, and thus this mini mod was born~

Seeing EA won't dare refresh my beloved plasma drinkers, I might as well try my hand at it one mod at a time.

This is a small mod that will cause sims in the vicinity to become tense around vampires who are in their occult forms. This does not affect werewolves or other vampires as it didn't make much sense to me so they will never receive the buff.

Once a sim who is affected befriends said vampire, they will no longer have the buff appear. It works much like with sims who have the werewolf diplomacy buff towards werewolves in their beast forms. I figured that vampires in their "beast" forms should also be accounted for with this small alter to gameplay.

Drop the files into your mods folder as stated below

There are 2 versions to this mod. ONLY INSTALL ONE VERSION.

The only change between them is the text displayed on the buff, intended for storytelling purposes. One caters to assuming your sims are aware of the presence of vampires, while the other is a bit more ambiguous:

• V1 > Uses "Vampire" in the text

• V2 > Uses more subtle language

There is no spoiler file here since the mod is teeny tiny so be sure to have a look at the post images for reedings of the buffs in game~
