Episodes or Visual Novels with short Loops?

Saw this post on one of those mirroring sites and decided to become a Patron. Good luck with your workflow! You're one of the best. (We recently had to tear down and replace all of our gutters so I can empathize with renovation costs.)

I feel like since you're doing more, it might help if you shortened the length of episodes. I'm not a fan of short loops myself and I became a fan because you were one of the few who made longer videos but I understand that time is needed and that it's a finite resource. Some of the other creators I'm a fan of have videos around 5-12 minutes and I think their work is amazing. A video that starts with a Visual novel for the story followed by 5-ish minutes of jumping on the bed might be a good start to both please the fans and let you have the time to do the other things you want to do/get into. I'm just one guy tho and i would be saddened to lose the quality of work you do if you burn yourself out or it becomes unsustainable.

I'm also team episodes. I've never watched a visual novel. An example of a visual novel would be great. After that we can start this poll again xD. I have no interest in games, short loops or VR stuff. The decline in Patreon numbers has only one reason, or rather just one website. As long as the site is online and a clown copies and pastes every post, it will be difficult to get more Patreons. Maybe there are alternatives to Patreon that could help.

I'm old school, love the idea of longer videos, episodes (big fan of the Sensual Adventures series). Not into games and I wish the shorter stuff out there was simply a trailer leading to something longer. That being said, I understand there are complexities involved so for me a compromise would be something in the 10-15 min range.

I echo some of the other comments: ultimately, I want you to do whatever is best for you. I'll continue to support you. I voted for episodes because you do such a fantastic job of them, and I would hate to lose them going forward. That said, have you considered doing episodes less frequently? Since I discovered you back in Episode 1 of Sensual Adventures, I've been amazed at how quickly you're producing episodes (and games!). I would be happy to have one episode per year or 18 months; you could even do one every other year and still be one of the fastest producers in 3DX at your level (the highest level). So, why not do visual novels as your day-to-day, and episodes as you can? Also, don't be afraid to make those of us who voted for episodes put our money where our mouths are: set up a special tier for episodes production, decide on a budget that you feel would make doing an episode worth it, and wait until there is enough *additional* revenue beyond your other tiers from the episode tier alone to fund it, or work on an episode commensurate with progress towards funding it. The whole point of Patreon is for us to fund your work, so we should be funding you such that you shouldn't be facing financial concerns that prevent you from doing the work.

I would like to vote both, I love your episodes and games and I would like to see how well you could make a visual novel as I do enjoy sitting down with one of them for a few hours here and there when taking a break for bigger games.

Smart decision to do what keeps the most money coming in. As a fan I enjoy your full length movies but I also don't think they need to be as long. I'd be happier with shorter clips done more often and a full length feature whenever as a special release. Hope this helps:)

Ultimately you should do what you feel is best for you energy and health wise when it comes to your work, your videos have always been worth the wait and the short loops are great too so it would be a win either way if you ask me me. With short loops you could definitely take some strain off your back

The episodes are what made you stick out for me and something that you very rarely get, especially in that quality. So I would be sad to see episodes go. But the most important thing of course is that it remains viable for you and you can continue to produce great stuff without suffering for it. I don't know if it's possible to have a mixture of both options. That you still make episodes, but with reduced quantity and a wider timeframe. Like, maybe only one per year or year and a halve. And in the mean time, instead of a 2nd episode a year, to work on VN with animation loops that are less time/work extensive to produce. Whatever option you choose I'm sure you can make it work and continue to produce good stuff!

I think visual novels woth loops are a good way to go. It's basically nice stills with some action animations. Faster turn around, more engagement with the followers, etc. Brittany cam-show with polls for requests even? It's nice to have longer episodes, but like you said - they take a long time and are hard work :(

Come on guys. He clearly said he’s struggling with the episodes and continuing down that route may spell the end of his content creation. And most of you STILL voted for that? *smh* I voted for VN’s because I want you to be successful in your art and your Patreon. Despite what ppl may have voted for you need to do what’s best for you and your team/family. If you need to pivot the business strategy then by all means do it.

I certainly like the longer episodes, but i would prefer most of your efforts to go to a game (like the pose viewer but more fleshed out) and then have addional episodes that continue the story. I mean lets be real - there are certain scenes that gets me/us off the most. these one we repeat on a loop. I can see this working in a Novel format. A playble game with lasting support would a slo be a great USP for you since there really isnt any other good 3D-Futanari game out there.

Personally, I prefer the longer stuff, since everyone is doing short loops. But if money is the issue, I can understand if you want to not focus on that anymore.

Your dedication to quality and your integrity for reliability is quite inspiring. It’s what made me join your adventure. Pirated videos serve two purposes: marketing and reach. Often these terms are used interchangeably as they drive a specific effect - pledges. Your work is so good, those who can afford convenient access largely become patrons; however, being your production crew is limited by household income the risk is completely carried by those involved and losses are compounded. Your work is incredible! It’s also a small niche within a largely still controversial sub-culture. To be honest, I’m impressed your episodes have made it this far, they are a testament to your loyal fan base and once again your amazing talent. But given your circumstances, this is not sustainable. I see three choices ahead for you and even though your fans appreciate the welcomed feedback, ultimately we’ll keep taking because we don’t bear the risk, so the choice has to be yours alone. I will say though, whatever you decide, I have no doubt the work will continue to be amazing. 1. Find an investor (this comes with its own risk and issues when sharing ownership and scaling) 2. Reduce production quality (my elementary grasp of your character leads me to believe this is not an option for you) 3. Pivot to a more manageable output medium Of course other options exist, but these seemed the most feasible. We can’t make the decision for you and each one carries new adventures. I rather you stick to making episodes. Yeah they take time but the attention to detail you put into is next level. Not trying to put down people visual novels but what made me chose your games because it allow more interactivity then a visual novel. I do feel that if you ho that route it may have people leave your patreon because they are other developers that do whole visual novel porn stories, but what sets your apart is the VA and that characters move and interact with each other in real time. So keep on making the episodes we are willing to wait for you to achieve your vision.

I've never been a huge fan of visual novels. But, I wouldn't mind a change. I would like to know what you could do different to make them a more interesting. Maybe throwing in mini-games or interactive sequences?

As much as I like the episodes… I’m with you; visual novels with partial, higher quality animations could work out very well, especially given the circumstances (like the pirating😒). I’m very patient, so I don’t mind waiting for episodes, buuuut… I’ve also gotta admit, the newer stuff really struggles to run on my laptop 🥲🫠. Unfortunate, because you’ve got some of the best content (in my opinion). That said thouugh, I’m hoping that the poseviewer idea sticks around, even if episodes were to dwindle. Poseviewer + visual novels = 😯 And I mean, it’s good to prioritize your family and health, we are only human, with too little time. I’ve been a patron for a while, and I see the potential changes as a good thing, for everyone all around. Bottomline, do what you think is best, PM. 💪

Honestly, I joined your Patreon solely for the quality of your work with the episodes. I truly love them and they are some of the more detailed 3d work I've seen on the web. That being said, I understand the toll it must have on you to keep producing such stellar content. I'd love to have more episodes but the shorter visual novels with loops sound appealing as well. Do whatever works for you, whether you want to dabble in the novels and see how it goes or just keep at it with the episodes, I'll still be a fan regardless lol.

As others have said, the episodes are what set you apart from other creators. If you did what everyone else does, then you would be competing with everyone else for patreons. I'm guessing more than a few patreons support you specifically because of the episodes. If you switch gears to something else you run the risk of alienating your base

How about "both"? While working on a major release or main episode, you may release a small scene here and there, with new settings, or maybe extending existing ones. I wouldn't mind an extra pose or two in Ep. 8.

I have to say that the attraction of big animated movies is far greater for me and I won't lie I've been a patron here especially because you make movies with voiced dialogue. There are so very few creators that make big movies that include intros and dialogue and stuff like that, especially for futa. Even Miro after scamming for 5 years with Bloodlust has given it up for the moment. I especially love the small animated transitions between positions (like in ep8 when Trin goes from kissing B's neck to eating her ass) and penetrations. But I understand you want stuff that you can release faster so you can attract more people to the patreon. It's hard to subscribe monthly knowing you have to wait a year for 20-30 minutes of total animation including the loops, and there are plenty of pretty "trash" VN devs that have huge followings. And yes, you would be able to get a lot more nuance and story in a VN. You'll also be shocked to learn that VNs get pirated even faster faster :D. I do also have some questions about VNs with loops, especially how complex will these "loops" be? Will they be voice acted and I don't mean moans, I mean the little bits of dialogue during the sex? Will they have have the different angles for the same pose? Will they have the small variations (like in EP8 Britney turning around to push Trin's mouth into her ass and then putting her hands back on the car) and transitions/penetration (i.e. start) shots? Or will they be just the girls moving in a certain position? Taking this into account my preference for your work would be for you to keep a few Big Event (TM) Episode movies from time to time (similar to episode 4 or 7), but you can move other stuff, especially "smaller" stories (like episodes 5,6,8) and also have some bigger story heavy episodes into VNs. I'm gonna put my vote into Episodes, but it is actually for "Less frequent Big Event(TM) only episodes, with a mainstay of VNs between them." But bottom line for me is whatever keeps you creating content and whatever is sustainable for you.

Actually the episodes are becoming less and less complex. And more and more boring, sorry . I think the initial question is wrong, you should think about other sales channels, like Brazzers or Dorcel . I guess they also have the means , the legal measures to protect you from piracy. collaborating with other people is a good idea, it is just too much work for a small team. Many 3D artists seem to have been going out of business . this is sad , maybe they can be reactivated so that you form a big team . I would apreciate that

I really struggled with answering this because I feel no one does Episodes like you do, and joining your Patreon for the past few years to get every movie/game in your catalog each month has been such a bargain for me. Seeing you grow and develop as a creator with each Episode has been absolutely amazing. But I recognise that you are asking for direction and that creating Episodes are no longer sustainable for you. While I will miss Episodes, my vote therefore has to be for Visual Novels and Short Loops, which I know you will still put in your all and will still carry your high standard of production. Ultimately PM. I will choose the option that has you still creating for us. I'd rather you do what burns you out less and keeps you going than not getting any more PM content.

PM go with what works best for you and yours. I love your movies but you are correct they are not sustainable anymore. As long as I get to see how the story goes, it works for me. I'm fully invested in the lives of the girls. So visual novels gets my vote.
