OP Sim 2025 Roadmap

Hey pirates! Thanks for your patience with my Paternity leave, I'm back in the saddle and hoping to drop a Dev version for initial OP10 testing tonight/tomorrow on the discord.

I've got quite a few plans in store for the Sim this year! Additionally, I'd like to make it a little more interesting to be subscribed to this Patreon, so you'll be seeing some more posts from me as well as patron-only polls for what features should be tackled next.

 2025 MUST-DO's:

• Full V3 Action Update

Cards before OP07 are still using old Action code. Which means you'll run into some older cards where you'd like to select '0 targets' while still tossing the Event out of your hand, etc. that won't give you the full options.

• Deck Editor Improvements

You've probably noticed that the Search field in the Deck Editor has been broken for a while now. That's because of the V3 Action update, where some search terms only work for older cards and some only work for newer cards. Once every card has been updated to V3, the Deck Editor will undergo a big rework for much improved searching and filtering.

 2025 ADDITIONAL IDEAS:

• Private Server Tech (Tournament Organizers, Custom Leagues?)

• Mobile UI (Separate UI for Mobile vs Desktop)

• General UI Updates

• Improved Networking Errors

• Android/Mac Auto-Updater

• Social Integration (Friend lists, Logins, etc)
