Monster Girl Tailes: Public Release 0.45.1

NOTE: I added huge changes to 0.44.0, but it was not stable enough to release to the public.

In keeping with the push towards BETA this build includes many polish and quality of life updates for Music, SFX and User Interface.
This user interface has been neglected for a long time so this is a big uplift.

I have also adjusted Yuki's dialogue I begun expanding Sefi's story including some new locations.
More content to come in future builds.

❗Known Issues

• Camera clips through characters and terrain.

• Girls hover above ground.

• Tails clips through player and monster girl characters.

• Player's legs look too long and run animation looks weird.

• Water flickers in Fast quality mode.

• Yuki's does not start the race or move at all.

• Sometimes character's legs bend in ways they shouldn't.

• Male genitals are pink.
