Farewell 2025
Today is a sad and difficult day. After a lot of reflection, I’ve made the decision to close the studio and end development on all current titles.
This wasn’t a choice I made lightly. There were several factors I had to consider:
The game industry continues to face serious challenges.
My posts have been receiving very little engagement.
Only a small number of people are playing the games.
Follower and wishlist numbers have remained low.
My personal savings are nearly exhausted.
I have struggled to hire artists.
I have a family to support.
The Story
Throughout this journey, I’ve tried to create ethical games that were fun, challenging that appeal to adults. I’ve involved the community in design decisions, and your input has genuinely made the games better. For that, I’m incredibly grateful.
But the reality is that I haven’t been able to reach a large enough audience to make the studio financially sustainable. I’ve been tracking engagement, play data, and wishlist trends for a long time, and the projections have become clear.
Most indie studios don’t make it. I knew that going in, and I’m proud to have made it as far as I have. More importantly, I’m deeply thankful for you—for your support, your feedback, and the experience of building these games together.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
Patrons
Thank you for your trust and choosing to share your hard earned money with me. You’re the reason I made it this far.
I have discontinued all membership tiers and I encourage you to cancel your pledges now.
I will shut down the Patreon page soon, but you may be billed in the meantime if you have an active pledge.
Pirates
From the bottom of my heart, F You.
There are literally tens of thousands of you. If you had all given me $1 my games would be finished already.
Online Stores
My games will still be available on itch.io an Steam.
Until next time.
