Central Real-Life Traffic Mod v2.1 [SCREENSHOTS]

This update brings a big round of handling cleanups, model replacements, visual fixes, and continued optimization across the entire traffic fleet.
Many vehicles now use real-life factory colors, and we've begun rolling out the new multi-state license plate system directly into ambient traffic.

✨ Highlights in v2.1:

• Corrected broken or unrealistic handlings (gburrito, monroe, rebel, regina, ruiner, infernus)

• Replaced outdated vehicle models (pigalle, vacca, ruiner, sentinel)

• Updated vehicle textures for improved visual fidelity

• Added real OEM colors to more vehicles
  (Tornados fully updated + more)

• Introduced out-of-state license plates into traffic (Phase 1 rollout)

• Cleaned up carcols / carvariations / vehicles.meta across DLCs

• Continued performance optimization and polish

• Misc fixes and small improvements

All screenshots were captured using NaturalVision Evolved, but Central continues to run smoothly across all major configurations.
