✨ Wrapping Up 2025 + What’s Next for Kaidan3D ✨

This is a long one guys lol, so fair warning ⚠️

First of all, I just want to say thank you 🙏🏽 to everyone who’s been here month after month. That kind of support is not taken lightly at all, it is literally what keeps this whole thing moving...

The growth we’ve had this year would not have happened without you showing up and staying subscribed.

It might not seem like a lot sometimes, but it’s the fuel for me and for all the artists behind the scenes to keep going. ( we need motivation sometimes too 🥸)

Milestones We Reached Together in 2025 💫

This year marked a HUGE step forward for the Patreon, and I want to highlight some of the key milestones we achieved together:

• After 3 years we passed the 500 subscriber mark, a goal we had since the early days — and now we’re setting even bigger ones ahead.

• We went to a lineup of 6 models to up to 11 at some point 🤯 without increasing the price too!

• We fully transitioned to working with new different artists , so you now know exactly who’s behind each sculpture. ( I don't sculpt everything myself anymore 😮‍💨)

• We created the Best Print Contest, and even added a cash prize for first place.

• We elevated the Mystery Box to 4 models per release, and many of those choices went on to perform incredibly well, some even going viral!

• We brought back older models in a new way through Special Packs.

• We created curated Bundles featuring your favorite duos and trios.

• We introduced the Premium Drop, a line of collectible figures part of a set.

• And we started doing Patreon collaborations with other talented creators.

Honestly, I see 2025 as the year this Patreon really started to shine and grow into what it was meant to be, but why do i mention this?

A Bit of Personal Context ☝🏼

If you’ve been around from the beggining, you know I’ve been traveling a lot during this journey. Since starting Kaidan3D in late 2022, I was basically bouncing from country to country, exploring life, taking inspiration and going on side quests or wild adventures.

Some of the you might remember that phase, when I was literally doing everything myself. It also came with some delivery delays here and there, but hey that’s in the past now 😅

Because of that, I couldn’t always give this project all my time.

That’s changed.

After many years, with the growth we’ve seen and a more stable version of myself, Kaidan3D has grown into a team of almost 10 people, all locked in and committed to pushing this to the next level. And because of that, 2026 is going to be a big one. Like… really big.

So what’s coming in 2026? 🚀

Here’s what we’re working toward:

• Welcome Pack 2.0

• New cut alternatives to make printing easier and more flexible

• Surprise seasonal models
(This is the one I’m most excited about, I’m not even kidding, you have no idea what I’m working on right now)

• Bigger cash prizes for our monthly "Best Print Contest" winners 💸

• A Best Paint Contest with physical prizes

• Dedicated 24/7 support for 3D printing–related issues

• Test Prints for upcoming models + Assembly guides

• Mystery Box 2.0

• An upgraded Loyalty Rewards system with better UI, better support, and a smoother experience overall

• New original, mythology-inspired sculptures rooted in real cultures

And yeah… there are a few more things I can’t reveal just yet.

Needless to say, I’m beyond excited for 2026.

Finally, a huge shoutout to everyone who keeps channeling their inner artist every time they print and paint one of these models. That stuff is reeeeally not easy, I couldn’t even do it myself to be honest.

Every time you share your work, you make this community bigger. Seeing you learn, improve, and grow alongside Kaidan3D honestly means a lot to me 🙏🏽

This Patreon was made by an artist, for artists like you. 🎨
You’re not starting from zero each month, you’re building a collection.
Let’s keep the journey going.

💫 HAPPY NEW YEAR 2026 TO EVERYONE! 💫
