Your monthly claim passwords/codes are located inside the Membership tab.

Models are redeemed through a private Gumroad link using your monthly codes.

3️⃣ My code isn’t working, what should I do?

Common issues:

• Wrong code for the month

• Typo in the code

• Extra space copied into the field

Verify that the code matches the same month as the download link.
If everything looks correct but it still doesn't work, send us a DM and we’ll help.

4️⃣ How do Loyalty Credits work?

Loyalty Credits can be exchanged for older models and exclusive new ones.

• Credits are sent on the 3rd of each month via email
• If your membership is active at that time, you’ll receive them

📩 The email includes:
• Your credit balance
• Models you can claim
• Claim links (100% OFF coupons)

5️⃣ I’m having a printing issue — where do I get help?

All models are pre-supported and optimized, but every setup is different.

For help:

• Use the “QUESTIONS & SUPPORT channel in Patreon Chat

• Or DM us directly

If a file needs fixing, we update it and announce it in the UPDATE & FIXES channel.

• 1 exclusive model per month (Premium only)

• Limited-time bonus models created with other artists
• Available only during that month
• Do not carry over or become claimable later

7️⃣ When do pre-supported files come out?

Pre-supported files ara available the same day the models are released each month, uploaded to the same link as the main release.

During Mystery Box months, they may take a bit longer.

8️⃣ Where do I find the 50% store discount code?

Your 50% OFF code is always located in the Membership tab on Patreon.

9️⃣ Can the models be printed in any material?

Our designs are made for resin printing (best detail and accuracy).
You can print in FDM, but expect lower detail and you may need to scale up or tweak parts.
