Please comment under this post if packs wont work
Here are some things you can try if your packs arent working ( MAC & WINDOWS)
Windows: Navigate to your EA DLC Unlocker and open setup. Press 1 to install the unlocker again, then press ENTER. Then press 2, ENTER to update the unlocker. Type in the number that corresponds to the sims 4 and press enter.(This step is what stops packs from working after each update) Close the unlocker and reopen the sims.
Mac: Navigate to your Unlocker and click "prepare dlc unlockers" close terminal. If it doesnt open automatically, go to your system settings, then Privacy & Security and allow the unlocker to be used by clicking "Open Anyway" . This must be done after every Sims update!

None of my packs are working my DLC shows the error code on the EA App but nothing comes up on my Sims4 I downloaded and updated everything last night.

Hi, the following games are not working: - clueless - mean girls - lady bridgerton and yes, my dlc is updated because silver screens, spongebobs and castle estates opened + all my mods are updated
The same don't work for me but I saw that for clueless and mean girls only have one folder instead of two so it's maybe because of that ?
All my packs show up except Royalty & Legacy, Adventure Awaits, Enchanted by Nature, and Life & Death
i saw that other people are having the same problem with the lovestruck ep not working, i was just wondering if you have any tips for that? :')
My dlc unlocker still says crack error and i clicked open anyway
hey it says my worlds are not installed and i tried to install them on the marketplace it said i must do it externally what does that mena??
Some of the Sims 3 Stuff Packs 03 Outdoor Living, 04 Town Life, 07 Diesel Stuff, 08 70s, 80s, 90s Stuff, and 09 Movie Stuff are not working. I'll be patient :)

royalty and legacy, adventure awaits, enchanted by nature, and life and death all won't work now, i tried putting them on my desktop and then opening the unlocker and then the game and then putting them back and doing it again and they still aren't working for me.

none of the kits work for me. as well as a few expansion packs/game packs.

eco lifestyle and cottage living has some kind of world glitch in my game
try placing them to your desktop out of the folder, after closing the sims. then go into the unlocker the same way. Then close it, and place the packs back inside the folder and reopen the game. pls let me know if that works
mac here, having the same issue. in my game it shows that the packs are owned but none of the content is in the game. i cannot access the worlds beyond the base game and all my saves show that the packs are owned but not downloaded.
the game works without dlc lanch but when i enlbe it it wont let me load in the gam when i exit create a sims. i try to see if it was it the loaded game but i reinstalled the game and made a whole new sims with brand new mods. i thought i was a mod i had so i deleted my mods and still didnt work. please help!!
I cant get anything royal and legacy to work
Since the new sims update idk why but every time ii try to launch the game I receive an error message and the game never launch
are there any large mods in your game that also need updating? usually modders need to have each mod updated with the game, it could be that. if not, the unlocker has to be updated each time the sims gets an update!
can I get the link for ALL? it won't let me download them because it saying to many people have downloaded the links for the packs.

I can't get the lady bridgerton one or the capsule kits to work. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but still wouldn't.
I've had this same problem and it's only the Lady Bridgerton kit. All the other kits and packs have worked for me.
