Where do I get the dlc unlocker?

hi persol! I downloaded the DLC from here at the beginning of this year and just recently downloaded the updated Unlocker, but my game won't open with it at alllllll. I followed the tutorial to a T and updated it when the game updated, but it still won't launch. can you help me?

heyy! I downloaded most of the packs correctly and most of them are broken or the content like build stuff don't show up, life and death is the main one that's broken and most of the expansion packs tbh all the cas stuff turns my sims red and white and build items are crossed off. I'm a windows user btw and I don't have any big mods or any that need to be updated

idk whats going on with my game the dlc unlocker was working fine before the marketplace update but then i stopped playing for a bit, had to update all my mods, and now it says i dont own any of the packs 😭 ive updated the unlocker, uninstalled and reinstalled, but nothing. it says its installed but in game it isnt working😭😭

I followed the MacBook tutorial, but when I open the game and go to the packs, it says I own them all but they aren't installed. How can I fix this?
