If the issue persists even after downloading all the linked items, try removing items one by one from the skin details or tattoo categories to identify the problematic item, then either remove it or download its original version separately.

hey so there actually isn't a tray file
I love your sims but they arent showing up in my game anymore :( in CAS and the ones I already am playing they are invisible. I can click on them in the gallery after downloading and they still "exist" in my game but you cant see them.
you might need to diagnose your mod files, you might have downloaded a broken mod that ruins your game
