NEW DESIGN: Little Rad and Toxic the dog (#108)

Hey guys, sorry for the slight delay with the new drop! We're all set now and ready to release our Halloween design from the Little Dark and Friends collection.

Stability is a thing of the past. The world around us is changing so fast that trying to predict tomorrow feels like reading ashes. We are entering an era where adaptability is key to survival, and the lines between sci-fi and a new reality grow blurrier by the day.

Little Rad and his dog Toxic (#108) are brand-new characters in the Little Dark and Friends collection. Escaping a reality where thoughtless adult decisions turned their home into a scorched radioactive wasteland, they set out to find Little Dark - to warn her and the others about where all of this might lead.

We feel Little Rad is a highly timely art toy for this upcoming Halloween.

🧩 Assembly Details
Little Rad consists of several parts that need to be glued together or attached using adhesive pads!

Body: Comes with 2 body versions:

• Solid (1-1)

• With a slot (1-2) for the radiation symbol insert (1-3).

  
  The radiation symbol (1-3) is printed separately. To save time, it can be printed flat/horizontally, but for the best quality, we recommend printing it vertically, as we set it up in the 3MF file.

Masks: Features 3 mask styles:

• Mask V1 (2-1): Full-face mask with valves.

• Mask V2 (2-2): Full-face mask without valves.

• Mask V3 (2-3): Half-mask (requires printing the separate Skull (2-4)).

🧲 Magnetic Stand

You’ve been asking us for a stand/mount to improve the stability of characters from the "Little Dark" line, so we came up with this solution—a magnetic base!

How it works: Hidden magnets are inserted into both the shoes and the base, snapping the figure into place and dramatically increasing stability.

We'd love for you to test out this basic base and share your feedback with us! In the future, we plan to design thematic stands similar to those used in tabletop miniatures, and we're even considering creating full dioramas!

Magnet Specs & Scaling:

• In our test print, we used 6x3 mm magnets in the boots and 10x2 mm magnets in the base.

• At 100% scale, you can also use 8x3 mm magnets in the boots (we just didn't have that size on hand). Feel free to modify the negative volumes for your specific magnets.

• If you want to use magnets with a height of 3 mm or more for the base, simply scale up the Z-axis in your slicer.

Sizes: We prepared two base options—45 mm and 50 mm in diameter. The 50 mm version performs much better. We’ll wait for your feedback, but tentatively, we plan to stick with the 50 mm size for future characters.

🐶 Toxic the Dog

Comes in 3 attachment versions:
For Dark- features a hand grip mount
Keychain - features a loop for a keyring
Toy - a standalone figure without any extra mounts

Paws & Body Options:

• Hanging paws: the dog cannot stand only lies

• Standing paws: Allows the dog to stand upright on a surface.

• Body styles: Solid version OR version with a mask slot.

Masks: 2 styles available—full-face mask OR half-mask with a separate skelly faceplate.
