EXCLUSIVE: Rat Keychain (#106)

Introducing the next design in our realistic keychain series — the Rat (#106)!

Based on your feedback from the Otter (#100), we designed this rat to stand on its hind legs with a rotatable head and tail. It also features a version with a magnetic mechanism to hold custom accessories — a piece of cheese and a slice of pizza!

Available Versions:

• Styles: Choose between a standard Toy (figurine) or a Keychain version.

• Paws: Available in two body styles — Standard paws or Holding paws.

We have prepared 3 separate Bambu Studio 3MF files: one for the rats, one for the cheese, and one for the pizza.

• Plate 1: Contains only the pre-colored models.

• Plate 2: Ready-to-print versions, configured exactly how we printed our test models:

  • Hidden Magnets: Built-in slots for hidden magnets — 6x3mm for the rat bodies and 5x2mm for the cheese and pizza.

  • Tail Stability: A brim-ear (mouse ear) is pre-configured on the first section of the tail that connects to the body.

  • Print Pauses: A pause is pre-set for inserting the magnets. Please note: We printed our samples at a 0.2mm layer height. If you change the layer height, you will need to re-adjust the pause layer yourself!

💡 Our Printing Tip: This time, we used 6x3mm magnets for the body, and they worked much better than the 5x4mm combination (two 5x2mm magnets) we used for the Otter (#100). The magnetic pull is perfect, and just 3 top solid layers are enough to completely hide and cover the magnet inside the print.
