Dev Log - Friday, 7/10 + Release Date Announcement
Hey everyone, hope you're well!
Happy to announce that v024 is just about wrapped up! All rendering is complete, post work is done, and edits are in. Playtesting, audio, and bug fixing is all that remains, which I'm targeting for this weekend.
Release Dates:
The CEO / Commissioner / Contributing VIP tiers: Friday, 7/17
VIP tier: Friday, 7/24
Horndog tier: Friday, 7/31
Supporter tier: Friday, 8/7
Steam Release: Friday, 8/14
It's worth mentioning again that this update may feel very short if you're not on certain paths (which you can surmise who is included based on the preview images I chose for this dev log). Such is the case now that we're getting into actual choices and overlapping events. Having said that, I fully admit that this update is shorter with a smaller number of renders (1,185 final count), and it took me longer than normal. It's been a strange few months with a bunch of shit happening, but here we are.
In other news, all customs for the month are done, and I still need to get started on the Brandi wallpapers for you all. The Steam Summer Sale went well for me, so if you purchased it on Steam THANK YOU and don't forget to leave a positive review! The more positive reviews the better, and I appreciate the help in getting the word out.
Starting to schedule some crosspromos again, as well. I have one scheduled for tomorrow, and working with a few other devs to schedule more. This marketing thing is probably the hardest part of the entire gamedev lifecycle.
That's it! Have a great weekend! Be on the lookout for the crosspromo tomorrow, and I have a couple more customs to post over the next week! Take care of yourselves!
