Dev Log - Friday 9/12
Hey all! Better late than never (again).
Been a damn busy day today with real life job, so I'm just getting around to this. First of all, v021 is now available to the VIP tier, so hit that upgrade button to get your hands on it for this weekend!
Alright, quick v021 status:
Total renders: 111 so far
Fully written, minor dialog updates here and there
As I mentioned before, choices are coming, and we will be met with our first actual "Oh shit, I have to choose" moment in v021. The choice is NOT locking you in to a path, but is essentially choosing one girl or another if you are on both of their paths at the time of choosing. I'm not going to say who it's going to be, though.
This means we'll have our first true branching/overlapping event (outside of the party choice). The fun thing about this is that if you happen to be on a solo run with one of the choices, isn't it about time to actually talk about being a real boyfriend? I think so.
In other news, Jenny won the vote for this months wallpapers, so I'll be starting those up soon. I'm finishing up a couple of customs for my Commissioners and beta testers, and cruising right along with all the things.

Any chance that the update will be on any other platforms besides Steam? I deleted my Steam account many years ago, but I'm really interested in anything having to do with Office Perks. I have a GOG account and have suggested to other devs to release games there instead of Steam. I know GOG will not play games like Steam and itch.io have recently. Just asking. Keep up the great work.
I haven't looked too deep into GOG yet, but I've heard it's not easy to get a game listed there. The only other platform it's available on is Oppaiman, but that's really just a link to here on Patreon. All updates will be available for Patreon subscribers, though. You'll always be able to get the latest releases here no matter what tier you're on.
That last release was.....incredibly disappointing. I have noticed that AVNs with many different LI branches tend have a hard time moving the plot forward meaningfully once they have to start writing/creating 5 different versions of the same thing for each release. It's really hard to stay invested in a story when you get 10 minutes of canon content every 3 months and I think a lot of it is because it's actually 70 minutes of content and 10 minutes of story.
Sorry to hear you were disappointed with it. It is difficult to balance the main story with relationship content, especially if there are certain LIs that you're not pursuing. The three-month release cadence is something I've always worked hard to stick to, and every update is only 2 days of story, so some updates feel shorter than others. Thanks for the feedback.
All good, Amom…. I'm late too 😅. I would love to upgrade, but I can't… just going to have to endure for now 😅. I AM SO ready for these easy choices 😆. That's right, solo paths = no worries 😁. Even have one for the other ladies (TBP and TS together). Why??? Because I LOVE EVERY LADY 🥰. WPs… I missed them so much 😭, but soon (hopefully 🤞🏻😁). It's been since August that I lowered most of my pledges… I DEFINITELY missed a lot of content; I'm sure 😂! BUT still nowhere near that elusive laptop. BUT I will take those renders 😍🥰.
