| 3 HOMES ON 1 LOT

Hello, everyone! My first build for October is inspired by a real-life photo from a New York suburb. This build is CC-free, and every house includes a floor plan. I hope you'll enjoy it!

A small note: I decided to add a few more bushes and landscaping details to the final version, as I felt the original landscaping was a little too simple. The houses themselves are exactly the same, only the landscaping has been made a little more detailed.

Build details:

• Lot Size: 40x30

• Floor plan included, unfurnished (6 bedrooms & 7 bathrooms in total)

• No CC | TOOL Mod used

• Use bb.moveobjects

• Add files to your “Tray” folder

• EA ID: axiisims
