Scott seems like one of those people that's so smart that they're actually stupid. Like can understand advanced computer code, but can't see what's plainly staring them in the face.

Obviously, Zeke's going to find out about the failsafe and the little bit of trust that was built up will be destroyed... Curious to see how the story's going to unfold.

...why do I not believe him? /sigh, Scott's (arguably slightly justified but still incredibly short-sighted and stubborn) paranoia about AI is definitely going to blow up in their faces down the line. As Lucas says, building a house on a foundation of dynamite. Except now Lucas and Ethan won't _know_ that all that dynamite is there and just covered by a thin layer of groundsoil...
