Ordered Destiny 2 PC copy from Amazon years ago because it was a super super sale (vs buying digital from the main site). Waited 2 days. Opened box, piece of paper with a download code. Was truly a wtf moment.
First time I opened up a case that had ONLY the digital code, I got pissed. I was like wtf was the point of this? I ranted a bit about it. Now I verify or don't buy it at all. If I wanted a digital version, I wouldn't have ordered a physical copy.
