No worries! Take the time you need. I appreciate all you do and especially how communicative you are. Love the videos! Happy New Year!

I'm a little late but if you ever feel like you need a break then go ahead and take one. I'd rather you continue to pump out quality content than go the way of many modern publishers and start pumping out garbage just to keep a quota.

I know everyone's milage will differ, but I've always considered the sillies as a bonus and not on a regular schedule anyways. Not to say I won't miss them. But it won't bother me if you skip a few.

Sillies were a regular thing on the site for a while, and then stopped altogether for a long time, and have been brought back by Patreon.. it's a nice bonus, but not what most - almost all - of us are here for. At least that's how my memory of the sillies goes. *shrug*

Dear Tim, I am sure all of us would understand, if you would not drop only the sillies, but all comics at least until the end of the year. As my family also lives far, I can understand a busy shedule if you wish to visit them all. I am realy sorry for your loss, no matter how much you think you are prepared, you never realy are - our pets are our family so I am sure everyone understand you need a time of. Christmas(or happy December) should be about love and family, so take your time end enjoy. I will wait for next comic patiently no matter what time it comes - did read a lot of your comic before i noticed patreon, so i stll owe you :).

Tim, you are human just like the rest of us. You have good times and hard times just like the rest of us. My family had to say goodbye to our poodle who was with us for 18 years. I know the pain and I empathize with your family. Don't worry about the sillies and have a good rest of 2017. You have given us a lot of laughs and things to ponder through your art. Reading the other comments before mine I am definitely not alone in thinking that you deserve some time for yourself and your family.

It's always hard losing a pet. From the sounds of it though was the right call. My pet Chinchilla Floyd had a genetic defect that made his teeth keep growing. Had Floyd from College Graduation to the 8th year of my sons life. We tried filing but, it became a losing battle and we had to put him down. His companion Milo knew before we did. All this to reiterate that it stinks to lose a pet. Take a break, come back strong, and maybe do something out of the norm.

It`'s the holiday season. That means you have holidays, thus none working days. I certainly don't expect you to cram up aan month worth of work into 3/4 of the time. Enjoy the holidays with your family and give your mind a work free week. It 'll give you new mental rigidity andere creativity.

Dude, seriously, you're entitled to vacation time, just like (most of) the rest of us. Take the Christmas week off if that's what you need to unwind and cool down.

You take care of yourself, and your family Tim. Have a Merry Christmas Good Sir; and thank you for all the entertainment over the years.

The sillies are always a nice, quick laugh, and will be missed, but it's completely understandable. If you have any old artwork or odds and ends that kinda ended up on the cutting room floor for whatever reason, a few "outtakes" bundled up in a post or two could be a Christmas bonus for everyone that's stuck around through the 'fee-asco', while requiring minimal creative output. I know I'm not the only one that enjoys the occasional raw/uncut/unfinished/behind the scenes look at people's creativity.

You do what you need to do for you and your family. We had to put our cat of 16 years down in August, so I completely understand the grief and headspace and the "meh" of it all. I like the video format because it seems more personal than text in a blog message, especially for news like this.
