Glass on the sidewalk = broken from the inside. No sign of a rock or brick so perhaps shot out or broken with a broomstick or similar.

No security shutters on a store with thousands of pounds of games and games consoles? When you fight crime on the side, in a city full of criminals? Nope. Can’t suspend that disbelief.

As Tipa pointed out, this looks to have been broken from inside. Could be that there are shutters, but whoever did this had access to unlock them. The questions then are who and why?
