Did anyone else just get a message saying there copy just shipped an hour ago? I ordered my copy 26mins after it was made available for sale a week ago. I'm assuming it was a randomly generated message, They seem like good guys and I'm assuming they wouldn't do us fan's dirty like that. Especially Patron guys, hell, they said they'd be sent out by wed/thurs. Man I was super bummed today when I got home from work &and it wasn't in the mail then I realized it was Martin luther King day. Did anyone get thier copy yet?
I know a few people on other boards have gotten their copy. I just got the same email as you at the same time. I didn't order through a paypal account and just paid with a credit card. I ordered pretty quickly like you did. I'm not sure what that email means, as I've never received it when ordering merchandise from RLM in the past.
I'm still waiting, you hack frauds! Is not sending me my blu-ray your way of diminishing the effects of your movie? Is it stylistically designed to not show up at my door? I kid, you guys are awesome.
A few people have said they received their copies via RLM message board. Hoping to see mine tomorrow :/
I keep pestering my mailman for Space Cop. Here's hoping I don't get a restraining order!
I did, the trailers really worked!
I check every 30 seconds to see if the digital download is ready. People at work are starting to talk. I am promoting Space Cop wherever I can - this is going to put you guys over the hump and into candyland. You deserve it! Just don't spend it all on strippers and blow.
I ordered before they ran out. It's already on ebay, but no one will pay more than a dollar for it.
WHAT? Well, hurry up and restock! I haven't ordered mine yet!!
Noooo! This news is the most disappointing thing SINCE MY SON!
Ordered my copy of Space Cop yesterday! In preparation for its arrival, I'm just watching tons of random RLM videos. I'd probably being be doing this anyway but today felt like there was a purpose to it. Until I realized Jay has a series of vlogs, of which I clicked on about 20 or so. Wow! Very insightful! Jay did you require much assistance putting that series together?
Right like we don't already run marathons of Best of the Worst already.
Screw special edition, I'll take a pan & scan VHS sanwiched between Sandler trailers.
I am a big believer in setting up my home theater to match what the director envisioned. I think I have the 1985 Magnavox TV set to the correct white level and saturation, but I need to know how many beers I need to drink before and during the viewing of Space Cop to see it the way you guys do.
Dude did you even think about the correct tracking adjustment on your VHS deck?
Now when people call you sellouts, it'll be truer.
I can't wait to hear the commentary track! One copy is hopefully making its way to Oxnard, CA. Home to strawberry fields and the filming of back to the future III "race" scene.
I hope we get the digital version soon so I can complain about it.
Rats! I missed my chance. This is what I get for moving and being 'between' internet spots. Have you considered taking pre-orders? It might give you some idea of the remaining demand.
When are you going to release the DVD version?
You'll manage to sell out of digital copies too, hackfrauds!
I hope the second dozen blu rays sell as quickly as the first.
It did take 12 years to make. We have been waiting a long time for this!
You have literally sold out, you hacks! But in all seriousness: When I went to the bandcamp page yesterday and rwmembered how often your Merch is sold out I expected this. And I'm glad I was right. You deserve it and I can't wait to see the film.
Well it's about a Space Cop, that's automatically appealing to a lot of people, it's just too bad you couldn't get Sam Jackson in it to appeal to the "Urban" demographic.
I'll be getting the digital copy as soon as it's available.
Do people who bought the blu-ray also get access to the digital version?
Good question. And if the bandcamp sale was accepted, does that definitely mean we'll be getting a copy from the first run?
Glad that I bought it when I did! Congrats on the movie and I'm glad it's selling so well! You guys are my favorite online entertainers and I can't wait for this movie!
Awesome to hear it's selling so well, you guys deserve it.
y'all deserve it. keep up the awesome work.
WHEN IS THE VHS SPECIAL EDITION COMING?!?!?
It can't come soon enough. Take my money you hack frauds :)
